I was sat at the table with Ben, Nicki, and Ella. I had thought the girl Nicki had been attractive. And that's when i started to have a crush on her. I went to talk to her at first, Just because this wasn't an actual class just yet. I went up to her, we've known each other for a couple of years, so I didn't have to introduce my self. I just started small talk. And that's where my bad luck kicks in, I was going to say how are you but, My voice cracked... She laughed and I went from white to red real quick. And I just slowly backed away to tell Ben and Brandon.
At lunch I sat with Zach and Ben, telling them a recap of what went down. I looked over at the table Nicki was at, and she looked at me and smiled. I was talking to Ben about this phenomenon just because no girls really found me attractive. So I went to go look at my Phone and see a text from Hailee and a weird number. Hailee said, Nicki thinks you're cute, and the weird number said, Hey ;) which was most likely from Nicki.
Later at study hall I got a text from Hailee saying that Nicki wants me to ask her out. So I start texting Ben, asking him what to do, he said go for it. It also looked as if, this guy named Jason liked her. So I went in and asked her out. She immediately responded with a yes, and freaking out over text with Ben, First of, that my voice hasn't cracked and that she said yes. This science class has become a Chemistry class.
