Chapter 5~I know your secret

Sofia's POV

The bell has just rang signalling that it's the end of the day , I waited by my locker for Guzman to come as we planned to meet after school. I stood there waiting when my mind wandered of to the new boy Patrick 'god is he gorgeous' I was pulled out of my thoughts when Guzman walked over to me "hey soph you ready to talk" I just nodded as he walked into the boys shower room me following closely behind him .
I could hear the showers on but I thought nothing of it as the cleaners had probably been in there just before us "so what do you want to talk about" I asked already knowing the answer "I wanna talk about us"
"There is nothing to talk about you are with Lou and I don't want to be your stupid little sidekick anymore" he looked me In the eyes and said "you know it's not like that I really like you but it's so much easier with Lou I mean you and me complicated but with her it's easy" I scoffed "okay fine then i will just let you be I can't do this anymore I won't it's not fair
"Okay if that is what you really want then sure but let me kiss you one more time"
He leaned in and kissed me I deepened the kiss but it felt different It doesn't feel like how it usually does normally I feel emotion or butterfly's in my stomach but I just don't anymore I suppose that's a good thing then.

It is a little while later Guzman left after we had agreed to be friends and only friends I feel relieved that I don't have to worry anymore if we were to be caught or someone was to found out what was going on, I'm currently just leaving the library I have use the school computers to find out what is going on with my dad in prison as I can't do it at home because my mum doesn't want me or my sister to know anything about his case or be involved with him at all but at the end of the day he's my dad and apart of me still loves him I know what your thinking your dads a criminal why do you still care but somehow I believe there is more to the story than him just selling drugs And I'm going to find out what even if it means he's done even worse things than that.

I made my way through the hallway when I say the boys shower room door swing open and it was Patrick I immediately think  the worse 'what If he saw me and Guzman earlier or if he tells lucreatia or anyone for the matter' but before I can turn away Ander comes out 'oh my god what were  they doing oh no please don't tell me they were you know'
Once they both saw me they looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights but then Patrick shrugged that nervous face of and strolled confidently up to me he may fool other people with the fake confidence thing but not me "hey your Sofia right"he smiled "that would be me"I smiled back, I heard Ander say "bye guys" before quickly scurrying off "so what were you guys up to" I smirked waiting on him to make up an excuse "oh nothing I just went for a swim And it's happens so was he"
"Mhm you know Patrick you don't have to lie don't kid a kidder I know what you were doing but know that Ander has a boyfriend you should really be more careful" he chuckled before replying "you know your really not the person to be telling someone else to be careful I mean what would happen if someone found out about you and Guzman huh" my smile faded and I knew I had been caught but me being me decided to play dumb " funny because I have no idea what you're talking about"
"As you said don't kid a kidder your words not mine" he smirked knowing I had Been caught out. He probably had noticed by my reaction of wondering what he was going to do next so he said "look what about we make a deal" I raised my eyebrows "a deal" he then said "yeah a deal I don't tell anyone about what I saw and you don't tell anyone about me and ander" I chuckled "we have a deal"
