All five of us were waiting in our hotel room. We were waiting for a phone call from The Sing-Off.

*Ring Ring*

"Hello?" I asked putting the phone on speaker.

"Hello. Is this Lexi Williams from Availability?"the person on the other end asked.

"Yes this is, how may I help you" I said changing my voice a little bit.

"I called to inform you that Availability has been excepted into The Sing-Off season 8. Be at the studio Saturday at 11 o'clock A.M. with a song prepared" they said into the phone.

"Thank you so much and we will bye" I said hanging up the phone and afterwards all of us called our friends and family to tell them.

We decided to sing Burn by Ellie Goulding but with an electro hip hoppy twist to it. We were all wearing red and black for the song because it suits it.

We got to the studio and met the other groups and mingled a little bit. After that, we learned the intro song and I got a solo. The song is Thank You by MKTO.

Its currently five minutes before showtime and right now we are praying. I am so nervous.

"GET TO YOUR POSITION" the producer yelled and everyone ran around finding their spots and saying their good lucks to each other.

"FIVE...FOUR...THREE...TWO"

"We are the ones the ones you left behind" we all sang and at that moment everything was in slow motion. The bright lights, the screaming and clapping, I could get used to this.

"Thank you for feeding us years of lies thank you for the ones you left us to fight" I sang while doing the choreography we learned.

"Nanananananananananananananananana" we sang as the song ended. Best thing EVER.

We all exited the stage and I found the rest of the crew and gave them hugs and all exchanged our thoughts and feelings. Before you know it, we were on our way to the stage. After our video played explaining who we are and where we are from we walked on stage.

"And now please give welcome to Availability singing Burn by Ellie Goulding" Nick Lachey said pointing to us and the camera followed.

"Ba ba ba dadada badadada badadada" I sang. As the song went on I felt alive and be for I knew it the song was over and everyone was screaming and clapping.
