Twelve years ago, tragedy struck the Okami clan when they lost Tadashi and Etsuko, their beloved leaders, when the nine tails attacked the leaf, leaving their eight-month-old daughter, Kimiko, alone.
The wolf clan was left with no leader and no host for the wolf spirit, so with no other choice, they sealed the wolf spirit within the child and waited for her to turn the age of six so she could be their leader.
Knowing this, she trained every day, excelling in Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu, even unlocking her clans Kekkei Genkai.
The day came for Kimiko's sixth birthday, meaning she will become the next leader. The young Okami woke up early and decided to train since it always calms her down since she was already freaking out, knowing what day it was. Calling her wolf companion, Isamu, they were on their way
Arriving at her favorite training grounds, the two started their training routine by working on a few jutsus she learned from her friend, who also uses an animal partner. After a while, Isamu grew tired, so she trained herself on her Chidori, a family friend taught her. Then she tried the fire-style Jutsu she saw her best friend use.
I think that's enough for today. she smiled feeling satisfied with her training. After hours of harsh training it was finally time for the two to go home.
"Come on, boy, let's go home. We have a big night ahead of us!" Isamu bark as he followed the girl.
"Kimiko, wait up!" Turning around, she was greeted by her best friend. "A few people from your clan said I'll find you here... I wanted to give you your present." handing her a small box with a red bow on it. "Happy birthday!" opening it, she saw a moon-shaped pennant bracelet.
"Thank you so much!" She wrapped her arms around her best friend, hugging him tightly. As she pulled away, she kissed his cheek. "G-give me your hand so I can put it on you." she did as she was told. He tie the bracelet around her wrist.
She smiled as she looked at the bracelet around her wrist. "Thank you again! It's so beautiful. I love it."
"I'm thrilled you like it, Kimmy! But this isn't the only surprise I have in store for you." He said with a small smile. The Uchiha had a small picnic planned, then after, they'll join their friends to have a party.
"I can't wait! I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" he nodded. As Kimiko ran off, he watched her.
The clock stuck at six, indicating the girl needed to start getting dressed for the ceremony at seven. Picking out a black and red kimono with tiny flowers on it, and in the center of her back had the Okami clan crest, which was a wolf howling with a crescent moon around it.
