In history classes held by all tribes, the oldest tale they will share was about mankind and its fall with technology. Before, the land was as rich and beautiful as today. Most of the time, the arrangements of civilization were the same as of today. There were farmers, warriors, and leaders. But then the mind of man became hungry for knowledge, inventing the most curious things, one of them was money. At first, it was bartering but then they put value in metals, calling it money and it mattered greatly to men. To the point that it motivated almost the entirety of the population to hoard a hideous amount of it.

This then started greed. Wars erupted, people began to be divided, and money continued to reign. While mankind continued to corrupt everything in its sight, the care of the world was forgotten. By this time, men have rationalized that their minds were greater, far more superior to any animal and the earth. They can do whatever they want to get what they want and the people without the money would be the ones that would suffer. The planet will just have to endure.

This was not the case. Earth, Gaea, call it whatever, was an ever-forgiving life form as she saw each living thing found on and within her as her child. But with the oils suffocating the ocean, gases burning the sky and those who roam the land, and mountains of filth settling on her sacred space, Earth had enough. Men needed to be punished.

Historians say she rose from the ground in the form of a female titan made out of land and lava flowed out of her head as if it were her hair. She stood there for a moment as the tiny men ran away from her, fearing the painful death they were to experience. Then, she wept, her tears were from boulders of diamonds, gold, emeralds, and other precious stones.

She shouted to the fleeing men how severe the abuse she had endured for countless millenniums all for their greedy ways. She had enough of it. She will eliminate her problem. By then, her body rumbled and suddenly burst out the brightest of lights. This light had spread all over the universe and the heat was excruciating. Buildings built by the best builders were burned. The sea and the sky vanished. Plants and animals became lifeless but the humans were left unscathed. Earth, by the end of her rampage, announced that the humans will be punished by taking away all the things they've created and used for their greed. Men will have to make their trees and their natural bodies of land and water for she will turn their backs on them.

Mankind was confused as to how they can survive as all they had left were the clothes on their backs. There were a few gadgets left from the blast and canned goods managed to survive but of course, how could it feed 7 billion people for long? It couldn't and not much later, men started hunting other men to survive.

This punishment lasted for 200 years until only 50 000 humans were left. Not a single one was happy in this hell and so everyone begged for Earth to forgive the sins of their ancestors, that they would finally care for the planet. By this time, the vengeful spirit had forgiven them and decided to rise once again to give her instructions before she would bring back the bountiful land and hide once again to rest.

There were only three instructions. First, take only what you need. Second, care for the land and all that roams about it. And third, the money shall not exist. Mankind agreed to it immediately and so Earth told them to rest that night and when they wake up there would again be trees to behold, grass to step on, fertile land to grow food, animals roaming about, skies with full clouds, and oceans to explore.

So they did just that and sure enough in the morning what Earth promised to do happened.

From then on, mankind valued the natural gifts bestowed upon them and greatly feared the wrath of Earth. Men of course needed to organize and divide the work thus birthed the three tribes for farming, artillery, and knowledge. Later on, the new civilization will discover Earth had gifted them magically as a way to apologize for how harsh the hardship she had put them through.
