Eliyen pov
After yesterday, my mind has been all over the place. 'I actually lived through albyn's memories! I could hear his voice narrating the event!', as I kept thinking, a bumped into my brother, Xile. "Perfect timing, I wanted to introduce you to my new friend, meet thond!", he said, stepping out of the way showing me a his friend. Thond had a Mohawk that resembled tsadi's hair, and looked like he was from the valley of triumph from the way he was dressed. He had a red cape, and had no mask. "Hey." He said in a monotone voice. "H-hi, but, sorry I need to go.", I said hurrying to getha's treehouse. "Hey geth, I got you the horn you always wanted!", I said, entering her house. "Really! Thank you!", she said, as she launched herself at me for a hug. "Getha- I can't breath!", I said, her hugs were always her squeezing the life out of me. "Sorry, I got carried away.". "Anyways, I have to go, I'll see you in class tomorrow. Bye.", I said, walking away, back to the manta stables.
"Albyn, I'm back!", I said, waving to the large krill. I felt an impact on my stomach which knocked me over. 'Ow', I thought, looking at the culprit who was on my lap. It was a crab. It snuggled into me like a baby manta would. 'So cute.', i thought, petting it. It seemed to purr at me. It took a moment until albyn recognized me. "Hey bud, how have you been?", I asked. He grumbled and nuzzled into me. Albyn curled around me, and like last time, I read to him- well, now them, seeing as all the crabs are now hudled around us.
As I got done reading, one of the crabs began to call for me. I got up and walked to the crab, to see one trapped under rubble from the ship. I quickly removed the rubble and picked up the crab. But there was something else there. I cleared the sludge like water off of the surface of what seemed to be a wooden chest. I struggled to pull it out, but the crabs started to dig it up more for me. I freed the chest from the sludge and set it down. I opened the chest to see its contents, a singal spear, and a signal flute. I reached for the flute and closed the chest. 'I should probably hide this back where it was.', I thought, putting the chest back in the hole.
