escape
the negative.

I never just
sit in silence
and feel.
The sadness.
The pain.
The rejection.

I always rather
escape
into the
social media world,
music,
workouts,
books and
movies.
Distraction.

I never just
sit and
observe and
feel
the harsh reality.
It's easier
to escape.

It'd be better
to actually
relive
the painful moments,
take what's good from them
and learn.
Maybe,
as a result,
I'd get hurt
less often.
