The hair falling in her face is for more than just to cover her earbuds, it's so people don't see her cry. Nobody ever realizes, at least nobody that she wishes would. Her parents never realize, all they see is anger. That's all that most people see in her. Not her closest friends, Maddie, Nick, Logan, and Stephen. They see the hurt and they see the pain. They may not get it but they see it and try to help. Maddie is like her sister and the rest like brothers, though not as close as Maddie by far. Nick is just her play mate, Logan is well Logan it's hard to explain there, special, relationship. Then of course Stephen, he's been their through everything with her, break ups, freak outs, extreme crying, everything possible. So he is her closest brother.

With her earbuds in and music blasting all conscious thoughts away. All she wants to feel is nothing. Of course you're asking 'how do you know all this?' Well I know all this because the girl is me. I picked up my backpack and tossed it over my shoulder as I jumped down from the the back of the bench I was sitting on. Of course my friends were all watching me as I walked to my special hiding place during lunch when I don't feel like being bothered. Of course Logan followed me even when he knew I didn't really want to be bothered.

I know he was just worrying about me but it wasn't like we're dating. I was used to it by now. He's been like that since the new year. He's been there for me even when I don't want anyone to be there. Sometimes I just want to be left alone and other times I just want someone to hug me.
