Chapter 7

After dropping sherlin to her home I decided to have dinmer with Sam at his diner..

I turned my Car to my house and made my way to the diner walking... No matter I had a car but I liked walking by here.. Walking through normal people without any fear of being chased or hunted down by someone whose any relative I may have killed someday..

I reached the diner and found sam sitting there drinking...

"Hey sam", I greeted him..

"Hey.. ", he replied in a very low voice..

He sounded very low and I was worried about him.. His diner wasn't doing good,he told me earlier this week.. As I've been hanging out with him every evening , we became good friends...

I think that's why he was sad ...

"What happened?", I said as I sat in front of him...

"The diner.. I'm shutting it down in a week or two.. ", he drank another glass...

I grabbed the glass and took it from him...

"Stop loosing your senses .. I don't think there's a need to shut it down.. You need to revive the menu.. ", I said giving him a smile...

"You really think so?", he smiled a bit...

"Yeah.. Me and your chef will together recreate some of your boring recipes into some new and spicy ones.. I'm sure people will like it.. And maybe we can launch some offer type of a thing.. To attract customers?", I said drinking from his glass...

"You make me feel better Shane.. Thanks.. ", he said...

"Whoa.. Don't make me feel like you are going to kiss me now Sam!",I laughed...

He laughed too..

We opened the adobe reader and downloaded some Chinese and Japanese dish recipes..

We made some of them and tasted them fixed their prices and added them to the menu... I helped him get the sign board up to a visible level...

He hugged me feeling happy..

"Let's leave?", I asked..

"What?, you'll have dinner from my side first.. ", he said...

"I'm already full Sam!", I exclaimed...

"Shut up.. C'Mon!!", he said..

"Lets just have a ice cream, I don't have Any other space left for anything", I said...

"Im fine with it.. Im glad to have you", he smiled...

When we reached our locality we again saw the stoners.. Smoking some real shit and making me boil with anger..

"Just ignore them", I heard him say...
I started to walk by when one of them threw a plastic cup in front of me..

I looked at him with a grin on my face enough to scare him when Sam again tried to calm me..
I felt like punching a hole in his face when he started abusing us with words...

But like a normal man I walked away from trouble...
Reached home and parted ways with Sam...

I went up to my room and opened my closet when I saw my typewriter..
Nobody knows this but I like to write.. I have a lot of imagination going on in my mind...

Even when I see a small picture I can depict a long tale to justify the current situation in the photo...

I pushed it aside with my palm and tried to sleep...

~morning~

I was waken up by a call on my cell , without even looking at the caller ID I picked up the call..

I heard a beautiful voice,"hey Shane.. "...

"Sherlin?,good morning ", I smiled smelling my pillow digging my face even deeper at her sweet tone...

"Wanna catch up?", she said maybe playing with her hair...

"Now?, okay.. What's the plan?", I asked with a seductive smile on my face...

"My place breakfast?", she said.. I felt her biting her lips...

"I'm in my pyjamas Sherlin!", I chuckled.. "Where's your hubby and kids?", I asked looking at the clock it was 6 am!

"He took the kids for a vacation, and I told I'll stay for work.. ", she said..

"Uhmmm"

"Wake up Shane!!, please.. Please?", she spoke with a longing tone trying to puppy face me...

"Ahhaa!, don't beg yet.. I'll make you beg .. But not now babe... ", I said confidently and she blushed...

"Twenty minutes", I said..

"I'm waiting", she replied..

"Sure you are", I said.
