There was a kid by the name of YN who enjoyed having even the littlest things in life, he didn't care who or what you were, he would want to be friends with you, if you were mad at him, he would find a way to try to make it all better. If you were sad, he would try to cheer you up. However, that changed one day when he was at the hospital with his grandfather, who was on his deathbed. He whispered something to YN's dad before flatlining and YN's dad then looked at YN and sighed as YN teared up and just started crying, his dad held onto him and YN cried for hours. He didn't go to school for over a week after the funeral and then when he returned to school, everyone noticed that he was less talkative and wouldn't hang out with any of his friends.
Friend "Hey YN, do you wanna come over so that we can hang out?"
YN "No."
Friend "Why not?"
YN "Because I said I don't want to. Now leave me alone."
He would go home and cry as this was tearing him up inside and he wanted to talk to someone about it, but it was too hard for him to do so, ever since his mother died when he was young, he had hid the pain that he was feeling from everyone, but those all revealed themselves to everyone as his grandpa passed away. He was in thought when he heard a knock at his door.
??? "Can I come in?"
It was his dad. YN opened the door and his dad entered and said.
Dad "It's time that we go to Grandpas house and we go through the stuff that he left for you."
YN "What do you mean? Left for me?"
Dad "Your Grandfather use to collect different objects and cards for his collection. He wanted you to have them since you could probably find them more valuable than he did."
With that being said, YN and his dad went to his grandpas house and as they were going through stuff, YN found a box and in the box were a bunch of cards.
YN "These must be the cards that dad was talking about."
He looked around and didn't see his dad anywhere as he was now alone, so he looked at all of them and he saw that they all had monsters on them, then his track of thought was lost when he heard something fall on the ground. He turned around and he saw a ball, he picked it up and the ball had 4 stars on it.
YN "A four-star ball?"
YN was about to sit it back on the table, when he heard a voice.
??? "Hey!"
YN looked around to find the sound of the voice, but couldn't see anyone.
YN "Who's there?"
??? "Oh sorry, I'm right here."
He looked at the ball and said.
YN "Are you talking from here?"
??? "Yeah, that's me, I have been up in this attic for........ actually, I don't even know for how long."
YN "Alright, well what is your name?"
??? "My name? Thats simple, my name is.............."
