🖤🖤3rd Person's POV:🖤🖤
Y/n Trese was the bunso of the Trese family. She was shy around people and rarely talked to anyone except her favorite older sibling, Ate Alexandra. That was, until their father, Anton Trese, took in the kambal; Crispin and Basilio. The three of them grew to be inseparable. They trained together, they played together, and they fought together. Especially on the day of the bloody battle on Alexandra's trials at the Balete tree.
💜💜Y/n's POV:💜💜
I remember that day. The day of Ate Alexandra's trials, at the sacred Balete tree. All of our father's allies came. Kuya Crispin and Basilio came too. I stayed in between the both of them, as Ate Alex entered the tree, with her dagger, sinag.
We all wished her luck and for her to find her way, but nothing could have surprised me more, than what happened, the moment after she entered.
Dominic (Ya know, that sexy Aswang leader from the flashbacks): Anton Trese! We know that your daughter Alexandra is the 6th child of the 6th child from the prophesies! We advise that you hand her over. Or else.
What was he talking about?? What prophesy?? Papa won't hand over Ate just because the Aswang leader said so, right?
Anton: You are sorely mistaken if you think I'll just simply hand over my daughter. Kill them all.
I couldn't believe my ears. But the accords! This was against the laws of the accords! But before I could process what was going on, we were battling the Manananggal clan and the Aswang clan.
It was a bloodbath. I had never taken so many lives before, and no matter how many I could end up killing in the future, it would never even hold a candle to all the lives lost that day. Dead bodies. There were dead bodies of aswang, manananggal, tamaraw, diwatas, tikbalang, and countless others, surrounding the tree.
But they weren't the thing I was focused on back then. All I cared about was my family. Ate Alex, Kuya Crispin and Basilio, and Papa.
I looked around the Balete tree. I couldn't find any familiar faces until...... Until I saw him. I saw my father lying dead, at the foot of the Balete tree.
I screamed loudly for everyone to hear from miles away. My eyes glowed and the clouds above us rained down a storm. I am Y/n Trese. Given the power of storms, by the Diwatas of weather before their final breath.
I screamed to let the rest of us that survived know. That their leader, my father, Anton Trese, died. He died, for us. Winning the battle. And my sister, Alexandra Trese, was still inside the Balete tree. Sobbing I hugged the roots of the tree.
"ATE! ATE ALEX!! GUMISING KA NAA!! ATE!! COME OUT!! PLEASE!! FATHER IS DEAD!! THE ALLIES ARE DEAD!! ATE, I CAN'T LOSE YOU TOO!! ATE!!" I cried, louder than the thunder.
