Franz : So how'd you do it?

Y/n : Huh? What are you talking about?

Franz : I meant last night! How did you do it?!

Y/n : Do what?!

Franz : How'd you confess?

Y/n : C-Confess? W-What are you— How'd you know?!

Franz : Uh— Oh- I uh... *nervous chuckle* We uh— kinda followed her to you..

Y/n : YOU WHAT?! So everyone saw?

Franz : Uhm.. Yeah— Shit, I snitched.. Their gonna kill me for that *sigh* but I'd rather die without regrets so could you just tell me what I need to do?

Y/n : It's too early for that. I still gotta ready up for Eren's training before he gets kicked out of the cadets.

Franz : No please! It'll just be a minute, promise!

Y/n : *sigh* Fine. So,What do you wanna know?

Franz : Where did you get the confidence to confess to her?

Y/n : U-uhm... I don't know, I just kinda did it.

Franz : Is that it?

Franz : D-damn it.. She's gonna think I'm weird isn't she?

Y/n laid his hand on his left shoulder and looked at him dead in the eyes.

Y/n : *smiles* Don't think about that. Just be you. It's not weird when you glance at her with thoughts of love going through you. Although perverted stuff on the other hand--

Franz : NOTHING LIKE THAT!!

Y/n : You have nothing to worry about then!

Franz : I-I see..

Franz : *sigh* Thanks Y/n.. For the tip.

Y/n : Anytime..

*Timeskip to the role call*

Shadies : Cadet Eren Yeager, are you ready?

Eren : YES SIR!!

Everyone was back at the training field to observe Eren's efforts to pass the 3D ODM Balance Test. Eren made it clear to everyone that he was determined to pass this exam so he could move forward on his goals. The look on his eyes gave everyone the impression that he'd be able to pull it off.

Shadies : Cadet Yeager, controlling the vertical maneuvering gear is the bare minimum required to be a soldier. If you can't do that, you're going back to the settlement and enjoy your farm life. UNDERSTOOD?!!

Eren : YES SIR!!

Y/n was eagerly waiting for the right opportunity to speak up to Shadies about his suspicions on Eren's belt. He was trying to see for himself if the belt itself is the problem or is it just Eren's terrible balancing.
