Phenarolis is the fully evolved fire starter, along with Valeafeo and Ferraslash. It evolves from flarrot at level 36.

Biology:Phenarolis are large, orange avian, hawk pokemon with yellow on its face, wings and chest. Its eyes have thick black lines to resemble goggles. Males wear red scarves, while females wear pink scarves. Mega Phenarolis now has flames coming from its wings, tail, and head. It also wears its scarf a bit differently, now with both ends visible. Phenarolis have extremely great reflexes, and almost never miss a shot, unless the opponent dodges

Pokedex entries: Hopes: with the black lines around its eyes, allow it to see 100ft away. A necessary tool for finding food for its hatchlings. 

Dreams: Phenarolis protect their nests with their lives. If the nest is destroyed, they try to carry their hatchlings to a new location. 

Soul: a well trained Phenarolis can be used for tracking and mail delivery, as opposed to the usual pelipper. This is good because Phenarolis are stronger, faster and have more stamina. 

Deep black: these pokemon live near the tops of mountains, specifically mountains. They are very generous with territory, as long as they are unharmed. 

Vast white: Phenarolis love people, and are often found helping with basic tasks. Most of the time, they TRY to get caught by trainers. They are also very smart.
