Black x White | Among Us Fanfiction

-CHAPTER 1-

Skeld. The name of the ship we all are trapped on for the next possible month. Fucking great if you ask me. What even are we doing here? Red did say we need to visit some planet who apparently has important resources. It's quite similar to Earth. I do remember he also mentioned he wants to run some tests on a specimen he created back on our home planet. That little slug looks disgusting in my opinion.
But that doesn't matter right now. The other crewmates were assigned tasks by Purple and Red half an hour ago. Of course they gave me and Yellow a list of tasks too, but little do they know it won't be very useful to us. Afterall,, let's say we have a different task. To kill everyone in this ship and sabotage it. If the sabotages work that means the whole ship gets destroyed and we all die. This would give me and Yellow a quicker way to win but,, by winning without any kills there'd be no fun. I wanna see the look of terror on my victims faces as I'm about to kill them. I want to see them drop to their knees and beg me to spare their lives as they scream and cry desperately. Ah how I love to see others suffer. Anyways, time to choose my victim haha.
We all left cafeteria after finishing our lunch. Me with my kid (ah yeah I forgot to mention I have a child with me. this lil guy is gonna be helpful in the future and i'll make sure I teach him how to kill) and Yellow already decided to stick by eachother and follow any crewmate around. We do wanna seem innocent when a body gets reported.
I saw three guys head over to admin so I turned my head at Yellow and signed that we should go there. Yellow nodded and we stepped inside the room. In there was White, Pink and Brown. It seemed like they were trying to complete a task. The card swiping. I see it goes terrible for them heh.
"God fucking dammit! Just go through you-" Pink was throwing profanities while Brown was trying to calm her down. She swiped a 7th time and it was finally read correctly. She groaned in frustration as she took a seat in one of the chairs inside admin.
"Hey Pink!" Yellow waved at his fellow crewmate as he sat next to her. Don't tell me this guy wants to make little chit chat. 'Focus for fuck's sake, we have a mission to complete.' I thought and leaned on the table projector thing. It was getting boring just sitting and doing nothing so I looked over to my right to see whose eyes I'd meet first and analyze them. Brown swiped his card fast and easy and left the room. "Hey Pink, I'll see you in electrical. I got some tasks there"
I felt watched so I turned my head back and saw White staring at me deeply. I locked eyes with them and stood like that for what felt like eternity. They seemed spaced out tho. Pff, what a smartass we got here. I took this opportunity and eyed them up and down, memorising every detail. They had a halo on top of their helmet.  'Looks cute on them'
They wore a light green turtle neck with a white lab coat over. 'Mhm, atleast I'm gonna kill a person with fashion sense'. As my eyes averted down I saw that they also had a kid. Just like me. Probably the same age or younger. 'Seems like an easy target. I didn't see anyone interact so much with them so I suppose there's no one in this ship with close ties to White'
I got a little tired of White's spaced out state so I snapped my fingers in their face. They gasped and looked around disoriented. Finally that brought White back to fucking real life.
"O-oh, sorry. I didn't realise I was staring at you" They apologised but I said it's no bother. Yellow got up and left admin along with Pink. As he was about to round the corner he turned to me and slid his finger around his throat. He was trying to tell me to kill White already. I nodded and turned my attention back to whatever White was doing. Struggling to get the card through. Istg these people are fucking stupid, what's so hard about a simple swipe??
"So,, are you new on this ship?" I heard them ask me and quickly answered. "Uh, yeah. First time being given a mission" Lies. My eyes followed the card go right and left. The error sound it made was irritating. It made me want to kill this guy faster.
"Mhm, I suppose you don't know this place very well then. Want me to show you around?" White looked at me and I nodded. Their helmet's visor shone away revealing their light blue eyes. I swear you could drown in them. It gave off such a,,, calm feeling. So innocent,, 'What the fuck are you thinking about Black. Quit thinking about this kind of bullshit and get back on track. You were sent here to kill and JUST KILL. Now kill this dude fast'
White returned to their task and again. Same annoying sound. Beep, Beep, BEEP ERROR ONLY FUCKING ERRORS. I was getting sick of this. I walked behind White and grabbed their hands gently. "How about you let me help you." I moved their hand from left to right and FINALLY the machine accepted it. "Thanks Black! That shit was the most annoying thing I had to ever do in my life" We laughed it off then I felt something tug down on my pants. Me and White looked down and guess who it was. Their kid.
"Haha, sorry about him. I brought him with me just because I couldn't leave him with anyone else at home. I live alone so." I watched them pick mini white up in their hands. "Yeah no, totally fine. Afterall I have a kid with me too." I turned a little to the left so White could see him. I call him Cody. Fun fact this is the name my mom wanted to pick for me at birth. Fun.
"Hi there!" White bent down and set mini white down so he could socialize with Cody. Hah, seems like our kids got along. Who knew an imposter's and a crewmate's kid could get along. Until the crewmate dies.
"I like that they get along" I broke the silence. "What's his name?" White turned to look at me and spoke. "He doesn't have a name yet. I was wondering maybe someone could help me name him. What about yours?"
"Cody"
"Cool"
After 5 minutes of White showing me around the ship, me acting like I've never been here before, they led me in electrical to complete some tasks. Apparently there were 3 tasks. Diverting power to lower engine, fixing wires and downloading data. I noticed the vent that was under the download tablet. Pretty dangerous placement, if a crewmate attempts to stay near there the imposter could easily vent and kill them immediately. Which wouldn't be a really bad idea now,, that vent mixed with the sabotaged lights results in a easy kill. 'Perfect'
"I know youre looking at that vent Black. I don't like it either. Who knows what kind of deranged serial killer decides to pop up and murder someone." White was doing wires messing ever so up. Wires are dangerous to fix, so I could give this dude some understanding.
"True,," And that deranged serial killer is me. Oh White if only you knew.
"I'm glad I sticked with you Black. Say,, would you wanna stick around for more?" I looked over at them and nodded. "Sure, with me around no one will hurt you" White chuckled then sighed. Looks like the wires are done. 'I don't understand. I should've killed them a long while ago. Why can't I kill White' It's like there's something in me that keeps me from doing anything bad to them. Awh for fuck's sake don't tell me I actually wanna keep them safe. I mean,, it's been a while since I last cared for someone. Except for me and my kid I never looked over anyone. Nobody cares about me and I care about nobody. Easy as that!
"I know this sounds very random but I like your mask." Did White just,, compliment me? But. Why? We barely even met. "Thanks, hah, I like your halo. I think you look cute with it" They giggled and I couldn't help but feel my heart skip a beat. That was the most angelic sound I ever heard. I know, sounds cringeworthy. Maybe I'll let White live for a little more.
