Bucky x Arya

Okay, this one may feel rushed but bare with me. This is the first time I've ever written just a short. I usually try to write a whole book/fanfic based off an idea, but I have a lot of ideas, so I wanted to try my hand at some shorts.

Starts before Bucky breaks from being the winter soldier, but does not follow the canon story at all.

It was a beautiful afternoon when Steve decided to head into town after having a rough morning. He needed to hit up a new spot that Tony suggested after he got into an argument with Natasha. He walked up to the counter and ordered a burger. "Thanks man. Keep the change." He said as he paid the man and started to walk around. Steve was not wearing his uniform, nor carrying his shield. While he was walking around eating his burger, he noticed something was off. As he looked around, he saw a man with a metal arm glaring right at him. The man stood tall and was wearing a mask to hide the bottom half of his face and his eyes. Steve started walking and realized the man was following him. He then went to tell his team he was in danger but realized his phone and ear piece were both missing. He dropped the rest of his burger and started to hurry to his car and started to drive off fast, weaving in and out of traffic. It didn't help that the man hijacked a motorcycle and was following close behind him. Steve couldn't see him anymore in the rear view. That's when the man punched out the window and threw him out of the car. Steve rolled through the air and slammed into a parked car as his car crashed into a building. The man tried to throw something at him, but Steve was quick and dodged it at the right time. The man then glared at him and pulled out a knife. Steve got up and looked at him before he sighed then tried to disarm him. When he noticed he had a metal arm was when he got socked in the face so hard he got knocked down. Steve stumbled to get up as he saw a beautiful brown-skinned woman hit the man in the side of the head so hard he fell to the ground, dropping the knife. He then looked at her and got up before swinging at her. She caught his arm with what seemed like little to no effort. The man looked shocked as he looked at their hands and then at her. He then took off his mask and the woman threw him onto the ground before grabbing his knife.

"Who the hell are you?" The man asked as if he didn't just swing at her. He was interested in her because something felt familiar about her. A feeling he hadn't felt in a very long time. That's when Steve walked up to the two.

"Bucky?" Steve said almost in shock.

"Who the hell is Bucky?" The man asked right before the woman kneeled down on him and tried to knock him out, which she only managed to make him angry.

"Oh crap.." She said right before getting thrown off, her body slamming on the ground as the man stood up.

The man then started fighting Steve again, somehow managing to get him down before walking up to the woman. "Now, who the hell are you?" He asked as he looked at her. Something in him started to recognize her, even though they have never met.

"My name is Arya, not that it'll matter." She said as she threw the knife at him only for him to catch it.

Steve came up behind him and was about to hit him but stopped once he saw him just standing there. He then tried taking the knife which caused the man to start fighting him again. He was trying to kill him.

"Bucky, you know me." Steve said as he punched him in the gut.

Bucky then growled before hitting him hard in the side. "I don't know you!" He said, trying to push back his thoughts.
