Okay so this isn't really a ship (hence why I changed the name of the book)

I'm not sure how well I did, I was trying to do a short angst story. So can I get some feedback on how to improve my writing

AnimeChan2009 this is my entree, sorry it wasn't out sooner I've been very mentally exhausted lately and my mind hasn't been as creative. But here's what I got :)

“Your hour is almost up but, how has your mood been lately?” the tall lady asked, sitting in the fluffy light gray chair in front of Killua. “Atrocious” He responded, looking to the floor, with sad, dreary eyes. “Hm, I see. Killua, it's been two years since you first started coming here, and you’re not making any progress to getting better.” the lady said gently, laying her hand lightly on Killua’s shoulder.

“Have you actually been taking the steps to getting better, the last few times I've seen you, you haven’t looked too good.” she asked, a weary smile on her face as she spoke.

“No. I haven't felt like doing anything. Kurapika had to drag me out of my bed even just this morning. I feel worthless.” the snow capped boy sighed, small tears started to form in the corners of his eyes, as his sentence broke into choppy pieces. “I’m tired of feeling down all the time, but I don't have any motivation to do anything about it.” he added, wiping his eyes and looking back at his therapist’s warm, and welcoming face.

“It’s okay, that’s why I'm here. To help you.” she said, extending her arms out as Killua was embraced in a hug. “I hope to see you here in at least a bit of better shape next week. Alright?” she said, as Killua nodded.

The silver haired boy stood up from the light gray sofa he was sitting on, walking to the door before waving farewell.

Killua waited in front of the building before receiving a text from Kurapika, saying he was running slightly late. Killua didn’t respond, not having enough energy to even read the full message. He then walked to the bench sitting right outside the building.

He looked up to the pale gray sky, sighing as few birds flew by, signing their sweet tunes that he enjoyed listening to. “What am I supposed to do without you? It’s so lonely. If only I could hear your voice one last time.” he sulked, drearily drooping his head as he heard a car pull up. The crystal eyed boy lifted his head to see a light blonde getting out, walking towards him.

“Hey Killua. Are you ready to go?” the blonde asked, crouching in front of the bench Killua was sitting on. Killua was slouching so it was easy for Kurapika to look at his face while crouching.

“Let's go, alright? You should get some rest and eat a nice meal.” the blonde said softly, smiling with sympathetic, gentle eyes. “Okay…” the ocean eyed boy responded, taking the hand Kurapika lent out to him.

He felt weak, helpless, useless, like he could no longer fend for himself, it bothered him to a world of no end. As he and Kurapika walked back to the car, Killua grabbed Kurapika’s hand, feeling like a little child, he stopped Kurapika, turning to him and giving him a much needed hug. “Thank you” he said weakly, before letting go and continuing to the car.

When they got home Kurapika walked straight to the kitchen, grabbing a pot and ingredients from the fridge to make a meal out of. “You go rest, I'll tell you when the food is done,” the blonde said, as the albino walked to his room.

As soon as Killua made it to his room he snuck out of his window. This would give him enough time to get away before Kurapika realized anything was wrong. He thought to himself.

He snuck out of their yard, being wary of Alluka and Kalluto. He quickly rushed to the forest, running a slight ways away from the house before slowing down.

He was going to take his time, as this would be his last hour. He felt bad he wasn’t saying anything to anyone before he left, though he just couldn’t stand to look at their faces, knowing that he wouldn’t see them again.

He walked through the forest, occasionally taking quick glances at the darkening sky as he chucked forward, deeper into the forest. The trees were large and created a dark shadow, looming overhead as the sky darkened, making it slightly harder to see where he was going.

The snow capped boy soon came across a small lake. He stood there for a minute before taking a deep breath, and walking to the water. The tranquil crystal water bone chillingly cold against his skin as he submerged himself, walking deeper and deeper into the abyss of drowning.

“I’m sorry Alluka, Kalluto, Leorio, and Kurapika. I just can’t take this pain anymore, I've been down in the dumps, never to return, for two years. I think it’s enough now. I'm going to put my mind at ease and sleep peacefully with Gon.” the silver haired boy sighed. Tears of sadness and relief slid down his face as he smiled. A feeling of ease and all senses of composure leaving his tired body.

He submerged himself completely, closing his eyes as he relaxed his muscles, letting them run limp in the cool water.

“Open your eyes.” Killua heard in a gentle, welcoming voice that he recognized all too well. “C’mon Killua, open your eyes.” he heard again, this time the voice was much more playful, almost dim witted.

“Gon…” he said lightly, seeing a faint light blue glow surrounding the raven haired boy in front of him. “Killua…” Gon echoed, a faint trace of sadness in his voice, hiding skittishly behind his welcoming smile.

“I-i’ve missed you!” the ocean eyed boy whimpered, still floating in an abyss of darkness as he hugged the person he had been longing to see for so now. “I’m sorry I couldn't save you in time! I tried as hard as i could, but-but i wasn’t fast enough! I was useless…” the albino cried out, letting all of the built up emotions escape their cage.

“No. I don't blame you Killua, and I don't want you coming to join me just yet. I want you to live for the both of us.'”  The raven haired boy smiled, crying his eyes out as Killua stayed put, hugging him, and patting small circles on his back.

“But-” Killua started as Gon set his finger on his lips, hushing him. “ You have so much more to live for, and I'm always watching over you. Travel the world for us. I’m sorry it’s too late for me to join you, but I need you to enjoy what you still have with you in the world. I will wait until you can join me.” Gon purred, a soft smile on his lips as he planted a small kiss on Killua’s nose.

“I love you Killua, go live your life to the fullest, we can catch up when I see you again.” the honey eyed boy mused, his eyes glazed with a feeling of saudade.

Killua then opened his eyes to see he was still under the water, his lungs beginning to feel heavy as his head broke through the surface of the crystal liquid.

He then swam back to the edge of the pond, sitting in the grass as he looked up at the glistening night sky. Small salty tears left tracks on his face as he smiled, whispering a few words for the world to hear.

“I love you too Gon.” he said, getting up and walking back to the house.

When he reached the doorbell, he hesitantly rang it, drenched in water as his pants sluggishly sagged, alsong with his shirt and hair.

The door opened as Kurapika opened it frantically. “Killua!” he howled, ignoring the fact that the silver haired boy was soaked and hugged him. “I thought I had lost you too…” Kurapika said, tears dripping on Killua’s already damp head as a few others joined the hug.

“I’m sorry” he said, lowering his head in shame as he backed away slightly. “No Killua, don’t apologize. We’re just lucky we didn’t lose you too” Leorio said, as Alluka ran to Killua, sobbing and puffy eyed.

“Don’t do that again. We’re going to help you, okay big brother?” she said as Killua nodded, returning her hug, before they all walked inside.

Sorry if it was bad :P. I do take requests
