Soon it was lunch break. Students rushed towards the door. I went behind them and settled near a table far away from others. I wanted sometime alone.

But the truth is I didn't have any friend. After I went to lockers to grab some books and headed to art class. To my surprise Mr. Kang was absent. Instead of him it was Mr. kim. He looked at my direction and smiled at me. That boxy smile was so cute.

I felt butterflies in my stomach. I try to calm myself saying he was a non Muslim. After taking required materials I decided to draw the handsome man Infront of me. I can draw him right?

"You are really good at drawing."

I got startled hearing a deep voice behind me. Mr. Kim. I knew it was him.

" Yes. I learnt from my father."

I said with a smile that eventually faded after remembering the past. Now he is no more. And I can't do anything about it. I felt like I would explode anytime. I quickly ran out of the class.

" Y/n " Mr. Kim shouted but I didn't pay attention to him.

I ended up in a small garden nearby school gate. This is where I spent my time when I wanted to cry. Tears started flowing like a waterfall. I miss my dad so much. He was my closest friend with whom I shared my secrets.

" Dad I miss you"

I whispered looking down. But little did I knew someone was watching me.
