You're Not Mammon, Who Tf Are You!?

Ch. 1

" Say it again ".

Mammon sighed, " I'm Mammon but from the future and-

" Say it again but slowly ", Lucifer said in a smug way while his brothers were trying to hold back their laughter in the background, it's pretty obvious that nobody in the room believes him.

" I'M. Mammon. But. From. The. Future. And. I. Need. Your. Help-

" You see that ", Lucifer was starting to laugh already. " That's fucking bullshit ".

And that's when everyone laugh their asses off, well everyone except for Mammon. To be honest, he already saw it coming either way. The pranks he pulled constantly onto his brothers could possibly be the reason why they don't believe him, or maybe it is the reason then.

" Oh Mammon ", Levi said wiping a tear from his face. " We always knew you were a clown. But this is priceless, you really think we'd believe something like that, especially from you!? ".

I mean he knew it wouldn't work, but how could you possibly say to someone that you're from the future.

" And to think you'd try to fool us with this tacky get up " Asmo said tugging on the sleeve of his hoodie.

First of all it was not tacky to him, sure it was from the thrift store and the spelling of the word cutie was misspelled to 'cutey'. But calling it tacky is not the way he would define this fifty percent discounted oversized hoodie. Besides the love of his life bought it for him, so calling it tacky is both an insult to him and his lover.

" To top it all off, you even wore this fake stubble on your face ", Satan laughed as he placed his hand on Mammon's face to which his expression change suddenly, " Wow, it kinda feels real ".

'Because it is real!', he was supposed to shave this morning but then all of sudden he had to be transported back to the past. He hated every moment of it, especially waking up from his old room where it smells like alcohol and overpriced cologne. He'd rather be woken up from the sounds of his kids screaming for breakfast and the snores of his lover .

" Okay, enough with this nonsense ", Lucifer said calming down now, "it seems you've failed to trick us again Mammon. I'd punish you for that, but you did give us a good laugh though ". But it wasn't a trick, he guess it's better to give up now. It's obvious convincing them is no use. Mammon should've just went to Barbatos for help instead since the guy is a professional went it comes to 'time' situations. He was hesitant to look for him at first, since he still finds the demon butler a bit shady. But he has no other option now, so going to Barbatos is his only choice.

" Yeah, bummer " Mammon looked away, he decided he should just play along. " You know, since I failed and all, I'm gonna go back to my room and change into what I usually wear instead of this garbage outfit, am I right? ".

" Even if you did change, it's impossible for us to forget that stupid outfit of yours " Asmo commented. The constant teasing never gets old they say. Mammon swears to his dead beat dad that nothing pleases Asmo more than himself.  " I'll try to find better clothes then ".

" While you're at it, try to come up with better pranks to pull. Belphie could've done better in his sleep ", the two brothers gave a high a five.

I mean it has been a while since he  pulled a prank on his brothers, Levi could be right on that. Not only that, Belphie is pretty unpredictable when it comes to his tricks. " Maybe I'll get a lesson next time ".

The brothers were confused, why was Mammon agreeing with them? His reaction was rather odd. The constant teasing should've made him storm off with a pout on his face, yet nothing like that happened. Instead their brother just accepted it while walking away, it felt like he was ignoring them. Lucifer noticed, but Beel seemingly noticed it to and decided to confront him about it first.

" Hey, Mamms? You okay? " he looked at him, Mammon knew the tone of his voice was serious. But he already decided to lay low, he tried to convince them yet it didn't work.

" Yeah, I'm fine ", right when he's about to leave, he opened the door and was greeted with the person who should've been beside him when he woked up, the person he desperately miss no matter how far apart they were not even time itself wouldn't stop Mammon from missing them, the only person who gave him what he truly desired hat the greed inside of him was finally satisfied.

Well sort of.

MC looked at him curiously, they cupped Mammon's cheek ever so gently. The demon was feeling weak, but he had to leave immediately. " Hey..um..MC? ", he tried removing the soft hand that was touching his cheek, but it remained still at it's place. " I need to go but I'll see your later, okay? ". The human still didn't move, their eyes stared deeply into Mammon's.

" Are you really Mammon? "

' well shit '

" Of course I am, haha... " he should've expected this, MC is an expert when it comes to reading people, especially if it's comes to Mammon and his brothers.
" I'm the great Mammon, duh " he cringed at what he said. Did he really used to say shit like that to himself.

MC gave one more look at him, " Yeah, you're not him ", MC was no longer cupping Mammon's face ever so gently, instead they were pinching his cheeks, stretching it in the process. " Where is he!? Where's my first man!? What the fuck did you to Mammon!?", MC continued to yell as they kept a tight grip on Mammon's cheeks.

The brothers tried to pull away  MC from 'fake' Mammon. But before they could, there was a sudden knock on the door. Everyone stopped, and as the door opened, Barbatos entered. " My apologies for interrupting your time, but there's a certain order requested by the young master that the rest of you need to do, so if you could-

The butler demon was surprised, he couldn't even finished what he was about to say. I guess there's no reason to ask anymore. " Oh ", he exclaimed, " I see you've already found the problem " Barbatos stared at Mammon.

Mammon gulped as the rest all looked at him, I guess it's gonna take him a while for him to get home.
