Okay, Chan admits, it wasn't the best idea to do it, but at that moment it seemed right no matter how bad the outcome.
The bad idea in question: skateboarding down a rocky back road while simultaneously pretending the bumps were an obstacle course
The outcome: being thrown off after going over a particularly big rock which led to a broken ankle that had him cast ridden for approximately 6 weeks
His thoughts on said bad idea: should not have done it-fun before falling, not fun while doing the falling
More thoughts: Minho's going to kill him
When Minho came and got him from the hospital, he became very scared very quickly. Not because Minho looked mad, no. It was because he didn't. His face completely lacked any angry expression and he talked to the doctor using his fake voice that he only used on people he simply didn't like and wanted to be the mature person or if he just wanted to hide his true emotions.
Chan found it terrifying. Minho was scary when he wanted to be. Cute. But scary. Especially considering he went ahead and did something Minho told him not to do.
Well, technically he said not to be stupid, but what he did wasn't necessarily smart so yeah. Minho told him not to do it.
That being said, he was in big fucking trouble.
When the doctor left and Minho turned around from where he was standing, the silent staring contest they had brought along tension that was so thick, it would've broken a knife if cut into.
Of course that was when Jisung and Changbin decided that they'd been there long enough and thwarted Chan in the dead center of Minho's undying wrath.
With a quick look of sympathy and a mouthed "good luck" from Jisung which earned him a sharp glare from Minho, they both took their leave and the air in the tiny room became almost suffocating.
"So Christopher...you did the exact opposite of what I told you to do, huh?"
Gulp.

Chan didn't know what was worse.
Having to walk everywhere with the annoying crutches that hurt his underarms with every move or waiting for Minho to strike with whatever he was plotting in that evil mind of his.
Chan knew he wasn't actually mad anymore. If he knew Minho at all, he most likely stopped being mad after a couple of hours. It's just the fact that Minho liked to be an absolute menace and get his revenge when the person on the receiving end was least expecting it.
And Chan was definitely not expecting it.
Minho had left for work that morning in a suspiciously chipper mood which already left Chan on edge. He even gave him a kiss on the cheek was just about the only touch he was given since he decided to be stupid and end up in a hospital bed.
It was a couple days after the incident and he was already getting tired of sitting around doing nothing. Classes were over for the semester and he couldn't exactly make it to the studio to hole himself up in considering the circumstances.
It would technically be wrong of him to complain since he did this to himself but he didn't have to enjoy the consequences. And he wasn't. At all.
