Raven sulked down the dorm room hallway until she stopped at her dorm door. She reached into her skirt pocket and pulled out her keys. It was only gonna be less than an hour of tutoring before she had to head over to Briar's place to help decorate.

She stepped in her room to be greeted by an annoyed Apple sitting on her bed across the room.

"Took you long enough Raven," Apple scoffed while sorting her books sprawled out on her queen sized bed.

Raven felt guilty, and started to walk over to Apple.

"Sorry, I got let out of class late," Raven lied, so clearly taking the long route to her dorm.

Raven walked over to Apple's vanity and tossed her heavy backpack beside Apple's bed, relaxing in the dainty vanity chair she was not sitting in properly.

"Its all right, what we must focus on today is your project in Heel studies-"

"You mean OUR project," Raven corrected Apple, "You have to do it too,"

"Oh silly Raven," Apple giggled, from her spot on her bed, "I completed that project forever after ago."

"Huh?" Raven jerked up from her slouched position with a puzzled face, "We only got that project yesterday."

"I did it right after school, in the library! Now I can help you with yours,"

Apple opened a large black sketch pad that looked very out of place with all her other books and supplies. She started to pull out design books and pencils along with markers and other materials.

"So, Raven, I want you to draw me a quick sketch of what you have in mind, then, we can sort out the details of everything from the pockets to the zippers!" Apple passed Raven her large sketchbook along with a pencil.

Raven took the sketchbook from Apple's hands, their fingers brushing up against each other causing Raven to blush. Raven opened to a clean page and started to brainstorm. She had a lot of dress ideas, but one idea in particular crossed her mind, and a large mischievous smile grew from her face.

Raven quickly started to sketch, facing away from Apple, not allowing her to see what she's drawing.

"Don't be afraid to let your creative side through! This project has just been so delightful to work on, I feel like we are really starting to get the hang of-"

"Finished." Raven shoved the closed sketchbook onto Apple's lap, and slouched back into the vanity chair she was sitting on.

"Oh, let me see," Apple opened to the book and her peppy smile faded into a frown.

"Raven, what is this," she turned the book around so Raven could see from her seat.

"A dragon, but not just any drgaon, this one has toothpicks for legs-" She started to explain.

"I'll stop you there," Apple's eyebrows were now scrunched down, "You're not taking this seriously!"

"Look at the time!" Raven leaped from her seat while checking the time on her mirror phone, "I gotta help out Briar with decor at her mom's place, but I'll see you later," Raven grinned half way across the room before Apple spoke.

"Me too!"

"What," Raven stopped in her tracks and turned around to see Apple slipping on some tacky heels.

"Briar invited me and Ashlynn to go," Apple relpied.

"Oh, of courseeee," Raven fake understood, "That makes sense." She gritted her teeth.

Raven felt kind of dumb for assuming Apple wasn't coming, considering Briar is way closer with Apple anyway. But in all seriousness, Raven didn't seem to mind.

Raven ended up driving Cerise and Maddie to Briar's old home, while Apple and Ashlynn drove together.

Raven, and the two other girls walked up the rocky terrain and gave the grand doors a knock. Without hesitation, Briar ripped the doors open from the other side and invited the girls in.

"Thank you guys so much for coming!" Briar rejoiced, "Follow me to the decorations area.

Raven and the 3 others walked throughout the halls of Sleeping beauty's castle. The flooring in the entry has gorgeous marble with some of the tiles having rose indents. There were large detailed stone pillars in almost every room, the perfect place for a ball.

"Honestly I'm not gonna be too picky, we just need streamers, tables set up, table cloths, ribbons, ya know, the basics," Brair laughed.

"Briar, not being picky about parties?" Cerise sarcastically asked.

"I just have so much to do this year, I can't nit-pick everything-"

*Ring*

The door bell echoed through the empty halls.

Briar turned around amd started running across the room back to the entry doors.

"Oh! That must be Apple and Ashlynn! I'll be right back."

The girls watched Briar run out of the room until you could no longer hear her footsteps.

"Wow," Raven scanned the room, "There's stuff everywhere,"

There were endless boxes of decor, stored by season, color, holiday, shapes, sizes, you name it. It was almost concerning for Briar.

"Well, lets start with the streamers, we can hang them around the pillars," Cerise suggested.

"Perfect, now, where are they?" Raven asked.

"I think I found them," Maddie giggled.

Raven and Cerise darted across the room to see Maddie sparwled on the ground, all tied up in the colored streamers.

"Oh dear, maybe we should split up all the tasks," Cerise suggested.

Raven crossed her arms and scanned the messy room.

"I'll do streamers because, I can't seem to get rid of them," Maddie tried to rip off a pink flamingo streamer twisted on her ankle.

"I'll find some festive table cloths and ribbons," Raven added.

"Then I'll find the balloons," Cerise finalized.

"Catch up with you all in a bit," Raven waved, as she grabbed the cardboard box with the different table clothes inside.

Raven decided to head into the grand entrance, considering thats where the party was going to take place. She saw Apple, Ashlynn, and Brair all chatting across the huge room, so she decided to work farther away from them to not get distracted. She opened the boxes and began working.
