Bakugou sat at the edge of UA's roof, swinging his legs happily. The sky above was a bright blue, mirroring his mood.

He was wearing a short-sleeve shirt, showing off his arms and the angry red lines marring them. He had gone to the bathroom that morning to "freshen them up a bit". It made him feel weirdly elated.

But he wasn't stopping to enjoy the view, not at all. He had a mission that he was determined to complete.

The boy was waiting for something. A sign, or a signal. A thing to finally make him push himself off the rooftop edge. And he spotted the exact thing.

His friends, the "Bakusquad", ambling around and laughing at a joke Dunce Face had made. Without Bakugou. Guess it would have to be the Kirisquad now, after the blond was finally gone. He guessed that they would be happier without him; he was just an explosive nuisance that disturbed everyone's daily lives.

Bakugou smiled, wider than before. It was finally ending. His troubles, his pains, his afflictions. His life was ending, and he felt happier than he ever had before. Well, that wasn't much, because he had never felt truly happy. At least before this.

Shaking his head of the intrusive thoughts, Bakugou took off his shoes and placed them gently on the edge. He also left a charm. A little ghost cat charm, which he had bought at a convenience store. The metal made a dull clink against the stones.

The boy took a deep breath. It was going to be his last, so he wanted to make it count.

He stole one last look at his closest friends, walking towards UA, and smiled. A tear, his first tear of the day, made its way slowly down his face.

He used an explosion from both hands to launch himself off the roof.

Bakugou stared up at the beautiful blue sky, watching his tears flow up from the speed of the fall. He smiled again, wanting everybody to know that he was happy doing this. He heard a few screams, but didn't really hear them. He tuned them all out.

     It was his end.

His airborne body hit the ground with a sickening crunch. Crimson liquid, blood, splattered onto the front doors of UA. The school he had been so wanting to attend as a young child had been his end.

     "AHHHHHH!"

The owner of the scream, Mina Ashido, ran to the broken body of Katsuki Bakugou. Kaminari and Kirishima were close behind, with Sero running a bit after. They all stopped in their tracks when they saw the mangled body of their friend.

"DON'T JUST STAND THERE! CALL AN AMBULANCE!" Ashido shouted at the shell-shocked boys. Kirishima, springing into action with tears sparkling in his eyes, whipped out his phone to dial 119, but stopped.

His phone wallpaper was a selfie of himself and Bakugou.

Even more tears blurred his eyes, but he unlocked his phone, opened the Call app, and dialed the cops.

All the while, Ashido, Kaminari, and Sero were trying to see Bakugou's life stats.

     "HE'S NOT BREATHING!"

     "DO CPR!"

     "THERE'S NO HEARTBEAT!"
