He learns the truth of Riya and her past but was no more alive. Riya heard a shocking truth by Janavi. Before she realized things around her everything has changed. She had a guilt mudering a person who hasn't harmed her in any way.
Vikram was not dead but his feelings for Riya had died. Riya's heart was broken into a million pieces when she accepted the fact that she can't lead a life with the one she loved and now she put herself in a stage of life where she had to life a live for herself till death knocks her door. Not all have a live as they expect and even if expected things happen it doesn't last longer. Janavi and Shilpa's past made two souls to move on.
Vikram was in the stage of accepting her but betrayal and fake feelings made him not to do so. He tried to overcome on Riya and her memores but day by day he suffered a lot. He couldn't accept that Riya betrayed him and they moved on. He married Sonakshi and accepted the fact and his fate but he lost a part of his life searching Riya.
If only love was as strong as hate we would never have any unfinsihed love stories.Riya and Vikram's story was incomplete and left both the souls incomplete. A life full of searching can vanish and end up everything.
