[An owl flies, dropping a letter into the letterbox and landing on a TV aerial on top of the roof]
"YESS. Your finally going to get your Hogwarts letter!" James says excitedly. Lily smiles at him.
[The camera moves slowly, to reveal Dudley in his smartest uniform, posing and smiling for the camera]
Petunia: Awww, smile. [She takes a photo. Gasps in joy.] Vernon, just look at him. I can't believe it. In just a week you will be going off to smelting's.
Vernon: Caveat Smeltona. Proudest moment of my life.
Harry: Will i have to wear that, too?
"Harry, if i ever see you wearing that. - I don't know what i would do to you" Ariel stated.
[They turn to him.] Petunia: What, you? Go to smetings?
[Harry nods, questionably]
Vernon: Ha!
"What's so good about that school anyway ?" Ask Arthur Weasley
"It's one of the most expensive schools in the UK" Answers Harry
"Hogwarts is way better !" Many agreed with James.
[They laugh at him]
Petunia: Oh, don't be so stupid, you're going to state school where you belong.
"There is nothing wrong with public school" Hermione announces.
"I know i completely agree. Its actually quite fun" Ariel agreeing with Hermione.
"How do you know what public school is like ? " Ask her mother.
" Oh - Well - Umm. I wanted to have the experience so i joined for a day. Besides i have friends that are muggles." She replied nervously. They nod suspiciously.
[Petunia goes to the kitchen and fishes out a grey shirt in a boiler.] And this is what you're gonna be wearing when I've finished dyeing it.
Harry: But that Dudley's old uniform. It'll fit me like bits of old Elephant skin.
Sirius and Caelum laugh "Elephant skin"
Petunia: it'll fit you well enough. Go get the post. Go !
[Harry heads form the living room area into the hallway to pick up the letters. One letter had he name, address and cupboard written on it with no stamp.]
"You knew my son slept in a cupboard" Lily yelled furiously, James nodding his head.
"Self-writing quills, we don't look over them" Dumbledore replied, looking a bit terrified at the women.
"well you should start then shouldn't you. You have no idea how many children are getting abused" Narcisa stated angrily.
[Harry walks back in to the living room handing the letters to vernon, while his is still in his hand]
"Harry why did you open it in front of them" Ron comments
"Didn't think of that" Harry shrugs
"You are so clueless" Barty jr laughs
Vernon: [reading a postcard] Oh, Marge is ill. Ate a funny whelk.
"What is shame, she didn't die" Ariel says dramatically.
