Sophie POV
My legs shook as I studied Biana's expression.Her once hopeful expression crumbled into one of disbelief and sadness.Fitz looked utterly heartbroken as Biana leaned onto him for support crying.
This was all my fault.
Keefe studied my expression as he whispered comforting words,but all I could hear was Biana's sobbing.
"How would Della react to the news?Her own husband taken away from her?" I though t as memories of me and Alden flashed through my head.All the times he protected me during tribunals.Della walked in as another stray tear rolled down my cheek.
"I'm sorry,Della."
I looked away as tears rolled down her heartbroken face. Biana wipes away her tears as Fitz gets up to comfort her.The Councillors appeared in the middle of the room in all their regal clothing.A few of the Councillors came to give their condolences to Della,Biana,and Fitz.
"The Wanderling for Alden will be tomorrow at 9:30 tomorrow."Bronte announced.
We nodded glumly as the Councillors leaped away.Fitz and Biana went to their separate rooms.
Della went to Biana and Fitz to stay with them. I hung my head as I leaped away with Keefe.
I was going to fix this.Whatever it takes.
