♤ 3rd Person POV ♤

Sweet smells drifted through the small shop. The snow flew down gently on the ground outside.

The small bell attached to the door rang as the door was pushed open slightly roughly. A Shiny Flareon sighed as the warmth of the shop flowed into her fur. She was wearing a fluffy black overcoat over her red band shirt. Her pale orange fur was slightly weighed down due to the snow that was on her pelt.

A shiny espeon put their elbow on the counter and their paws on their face as they watched the Shiny Flareon.
" What can I do for ya? ", They giggled, smiling sweetly. A small smile slipped upon the Shiny Flareon's face as well.
" Just a hot chocolate would be nice ", Cleo answered. Her partner nodded and disappeared behind the corner.

As the hot choco was finished, Pine brought it out on a small plate. Cleo was still waiting behind the counter when Pine returned. They gave their girlfriend a confused but amused look.
" You know you can come behind the counter, honey ",  Pine reminded her.
" Yeah, yeah, I know. But I'm still polite " She replied in a exaggerated "fancy" voice. Pine laughed. Then, They glanced over to the door.
" Is the sign flipped to the 'closed' side? ", They mumbled. Cleo padded over to the door and checked. She turned back and nodded. Pine returned the nod. Then, Both eeveelutions went to a side room. Pine turned off the main shop lights behind them.

The side room was a comfy break room. There was two big bean bags in the middle of the room. A small coffee table was left of the bean bags. There was a medium sized TV facing the bean bags. There was a small fridge over to the right side of the room. The floor was covered by a soft black carpet.

Cleo padded over to the bean bag on the right, which was also red. She sat down comfortably as Pine shut the door behind them with their tail. Pine came over and gently set down the still steaming hot choco on the small coffee table. Then, they sat down in the bean bag next to them, which was also blue. They faced Cleo with a big blanket, which seemed like it came out of thin air.
" Blanket? ", They offered. Cleo nodded. Then, Pine proceeded to drape the blanket over them both. Cleo shifted closer to her partner, snuggling into them. She wrapped her right arm under Pine's arm and pulled them in more.

As Cleo's cheek collided with Pine's, Cleo flinched for a moment. Pine gave Cleo a concerned look.
" Are you alright? ", They asked.
" Uh.... Yeah.. ", Cleo replied hesitantly. Pine give a confused look.
" What happened? ", They asked. Cleo looked away from them for a moment. Pine saw a flash off anger in her eyes. They lifted a eyebrow at her.
" What happened? ", They asked again but with a slight upset tone. Cleo sighed as she turned back to them.
" Someone was talking smack about you, so I went and conforted them.. then, I got into a fist fight with them... ", She confessed hesitantly. Pine sighed and shook their head.
" That was really sweet of you to do that for me, but that was really reckless of you. ", They lectured. Cleo sighed and giggled softly.
" Yeah, yeah, I know.. ", She admitted. Pine pulled her close and gave her a kiss on the forehead. Then, they pulled away and examined her face.
" Does anything hurt? Are you bleeding at all? ", They asked.
" No, no, probably just some bruises. I beat them pretty quickly, but they did manage to get some hits on me ", Cleo reassured. Pine chuckled as shook their head again. They gave Cleo another kiss on the forehead and layed her gently on their shoulder. They picked up the warm hot choco and held it near Cleo. Cleo gently took it from their paws.

Then, They proceed to have a warm, soft, and sweet night together.

Hey, I kinda forgot about this request especially since I had little to no ideas and I wasn't giving a prompt at all to work with. But, I think I made a pretty cute idea hehe :)
