Are You Okay?

''Tom, what are you doing here? " I said walking into my kitchen, '' aren't you happy that I'm here?" he asked. I sat down in my purse and took my shoes off. "You know I do, but what are you doing here?" I continued, "I'm here to talk to you" " about what?" I asked. He sighed and made me sit on a chair, "what is happening?" I asked again. "Lizzie told me what happened" Tom said and i felt a wave of coldness in my spine, I tried to hide it. "and?" I asked and he looked at me with confusion. "Are you okay?" he asked and I took a deep breath. " I don't even know why you guys make it such a big deal, leave me alone" I exclaimed and got out of the kitchen.
I stormed out of my room and lay on my bed. I took my water bottles and opened my drawer. I took this little box and swallowed the pills.
These goddamn pills…
After a Few seconds I felt the drugs making their effects and soon enough I was high, I saw Tom walking into my room and I groaned. " y/n, come here I need to show you something" Tom said "I don't want to, leave me alone" I whispered.
Tom sat on the bed and looked at the ceiling where I was looking, "you know taking drugs isn't going to help you escape the pain and the reality" he said and I frowned "isn't it?" I asked ironically.
I took a pillow and threw it on his face. He laughed at me and did the same, we finished by watching a movie together on my laptop and I fell asleep. I'm never completely asleep and I have trouble falling asleep, so I felt Tom wrapping his arms around me after he covered me with a blanket.

Basically Tom is my friend, lizzie my best friend but I consider her more of my sister and I am well I am y/n y/l/n and this is my story.
