                          JSYK, I'm writing this at 8:39 at night, with no glasses, in the dark. And I'm sore and my entire body is shaking from volleyball practice. We had to run 7 laps, and our middle school gym is in comparison to a college one. Not only 7 laps but "conditioning" which is known amongst the players as sprinting with a few bear crawls.
