"Before tonight's game, out of respect for last night's tragic events, Sunnyvale will host a candlelight vigil for the victims. All player, cheer and band attendance is mandatory" the Coach said making Deena, Kate and Daphne look at each other, Deena puts her hand up to her head in the shape of a gun and 'shot' herself in the head.

Simon and Daphne were sitting on the bus together, Kate was in the seat next to them. As Deena came on the bus Daphne was painting Simons face green, he was dressing up as a witch.
"Hey Dee" Daphne said and Simon growled at her as Deena walked past them
"Hey" was all she said before sitting down putting her headphones in taking her drum sticks to hit the seat in front of her as the bus took off.

It was dark when they finally reached Shittyvale and currently Daphne was passed out, her head of Simons shoulder as he talked to Kate.
"This isn't how I wanted to be here tonight." A man said as they were all crowded together outside on the Sunnyvale football field "I wanted to be here was a fan. Our Sunnyvale Devils and your Shadyside Witches throwing down some good old football. Instead I find myself here as a husband, a father, as a neighbor. And, yes, mayor of Sunnyvale."
Daphne was standing with Deena, Kate and Simon listening to the speech when she noticed Deena wasn't paying attention, following Deenas eyes she saw her ex best friend, Sam Fraser, in the arms of a football jock.
"Yeah, really looks like they give a damn" Kate said making Daphne look at her "the only Sunnyvalers who came are the ones who had to"
"The football team and the cheerleaders" Daphne sighed looking back over at Deena only to see her still looking at Sam and the guy
"Are you okay, Dee?" She asked making Deena snap back into reality
"Yeah, um, hey will you come with me I can't listen to anymore" what Deena said made Daphne nod her head telling Kate they would be right back before walking to a different part of the place with Deena.
Sighing Deena dropped her band hat before sitting down followed by Daphne who sat down right next to her. Sitting in silence she watched as Deena pulled something out of the box she noticed to be the one filled with Sam's stuff. Specking of the devil (literally) she looked over to see Sam walking in, hurriedly she excused herself from Deena walking past Sam without a glance and walked back over to Simon and Kate.
"Hey what did I miss" Daphne asked catching Simons attention
"Nothing much, just a boring speech" he shrugged making the brunette nod

The three were holding candles along with everyone else that was currently there, except for Deena and Sam.
"My family has been in Sunnyvale for generations, and now my brother is mayor and I your sheriff." Sheriff Goode said "we've prospered here. And yet, I've seen you, our neighbors in Shadyside, suffer tragedy after tragedy. It's easy in times like this to drown in questions of why... why this happened. But I know too well there are no answers that will provide relief"
While talking his the mans eyes met with a ready faced Daphne who looked down wiping her face with her hand before paying attention again.
"There's no peace found in the past."
"We must not fall into darkness. We must look to the light."
"Yeah" the footballer from earlier scoffed "what we should do is light a fuse and burn down 'Shittyside'"
"What'd you saw" a boy from Shadyside said
"I said it ain't a tragedy when it happens every week" the guy said said now walking over to them
"Are you saying my sisters death wasn't a tragedy?" Daphne asked walking close to him making him look down at her
"It's a joke" he said smirking down at her
Finally having enough of him, she stepped back raised her fist, connecting it with his face making him stumble back a bit
"You little shit" he said walking up to get but instead a Shadyside football player stepped forward pushing him back
"How about you make it a fair fight" he said
The two then started fighting, Daphne was pulled back from getting hit by Simon who she thanked. Sheriff Goode came in trying to stop the fight as girls and boy were yelling and screaming. Simon ran over to the Shittyvale guy and hit him with his broom flipping him off.
"You little green prick! Get back here you little bitch!" The guy said chasing Simon causing Daphne to run up to him turning him around before punching him in the face, this time harder them before, cutting him lip.
"Suck it in" Kate said before she was elbowed in the face making her fall back. Daphne was still punching the guy until Sheriff Goode and Simon pulled her off, Simon walked off the Daphne and Kate as Goode tried to stop the other fights.
