It's hard watching someone turn into somebody they're not. It's hard to see the life in their eyes leave and the personality in them fading. Whether it's 'cause of a sickness or drugs we can't always control it. And that's the hardest part. Watching someone you love so much destroy themselves for so little. You can relate it to watching a horror movie and seeing the main character make the worst choices. But you can't blame the character 'cause they don't know what they're getting into. All you can do is hope they get better and hope to see the life in their eyes again.
