FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Failed Arrest and Manslaughter of Andrew Johnson

November 13, 2003

New York City, NY- Federal Agents of Investigation, Alex Peters and Michael Loranz, arrived at the called place on November 13, 2003, at approximately 11:30 P.M. EST. After weeks of investigating and tracking down the suspect, both agents entered the location due to the receiving of inside information on suspects connected to Case Oppenheimer (see file 9372).

The suspect was tracked down and supposed to get arrested under allegations of founding an organization suspected of acts of money laundering, possession and distribution of unwarranted weapons and illegal substances, murder [in several cases], and burglary of the Oppenheimer Blue that was stolen from the Grand Palais in Paris, France on August 29, 2003.

The suspect was armed and not cooperative with responding agents.

"The gun... put it down,"

"You don't understand, this is all just a really, really big misunderstanding."

The agents were certain that the suspect was proved to be the head of the organization behind the burglary, so they proceeded to act.

"You have the wrong guy, please. I'll lay down my gun, but you have to bring me to someone who can help solve this."

"Your excuses won't work on us. Put it down, now."

The Agents did everything in their power to arrest the subject, but Officer Jonathan Bass saw himself compelled to fire after the suspect shot his gun at Agent Loranz.

This event led to the decease of Agent Michael Alexander Loranz. With this, the case of Andrew Johnson and Operation Oppenheimer are closed. Associated people shall be arrested, and the case, shut down.

Signed: Alex Peters- Federal FBI Agent
