Harbor (being who he is) doesn't usually have serious relationships. He needs a girl who can keep up with him, and isn't shy or hesitant. He doesn't do the whole "sweet and cutesy" relationship, but if he's really into the person he'll be more sensitive. Harbor likes it when girls are a little feisty, and just as assertive as he is.
