I was up early and had my belongings packed in my car. My bill was paid and off to get my key. This is my first home that I would pay on my own.It was scary at my age but worth it. I had enough insurance to exceed the cost to pay it off fully if I died. I knew my family would throw a fit. I was living it to Avery and only Avery. She didn't have parents who could buy her a home like my other two nieces. I hadn't let anyone know this decision. I would let Frankie and Avery know later tonight when we were alone. I had this week to finish what I needed to get done before I left for my parents home in Asia. The new locks were being installed and the burglar alarms were being installed as well. I had them working on installing the system for the workshop first and the garages to give the furniture and other items to be delivered by the stores without being interrupted.
I had fabricated this on the garage door. This was a very thin metal coated with rustoleum spray paint.
The guys were at my place unloading the bench and the the two spiral deco. I added lights the other day besides weeding the flower beds.I opened the cottage and gave everyone a tour. We got cleaning while the two men Max got to help was bringing my lawnmower, and workshop items.
The GARDEN was coming along well and was already growing.
