After the long ride and discussion, we finally reached Ehrmich. Moblit and I are waiting for Levi to take the pastor back.
"Ut...ard...t...gard...u..."
I slapped my hand over my face. "Y-Y/N ? What's wrong ?" Moblit turned over to me, his face written in concern. "I-I'm fine, Moblit. I-it's alright..." I smiled weakly at him. I continued following the rest. I felt strangely weak. But how ? The fight was yesterday. I slept well too.
I shook my head and continued acting tough. "It's not the time for this." I thought to myself.
Soon enough, Hange appeared holding a clipboard with Eren talking about Titan territory or something. "Eren ? Think you can ride a horse ?" Moblit asked with concerned lacing his tone.
"Yes. I feel fully recovered now." Eren affirmed. "Yours is ready at the west lift. Let's hurry." Moblit announced and we continued forward. Just then, Hange froze in their steps. "Section Commander. We should hurry." my best friend called
"Give me a minute, Moblit. Come with me Y/N." my best friend motioned to me and I followed. They held my hand and pulled me to Levi and Nick.
"Have you had a change of heart yet ?" Hange questioned. The pastor faltered from answering the question.
"We don't have time for this ! You know, don't you ?! Will you walk, or won't you !? Make up your mind already !!" my best friend fumed.
Despite feeling anger boiling inside me, I held Hange's arm to restrain them. "Pastor, the only exchange of your silence is the death of humanity. So you have a choice. Speak for humanity, or sacrifice it !" I bellowed, glaring at him.
Nick stayed silent, "I cannot say anything. The other believers are the same as I, and that will never change." to our defeat, again he faltered. "Well thanks for nothing ! We're so grateful for all the help you've been !!!" Hange swatted my arm and ran away.
"Then what am I ?! You said I'm some kind of Goddess, what do you mean ?!!" I continued to beg, and Hange stopped. "It's too great a decision for a single person to make. The Order of the Walls must always adhere to the sacred will we're bound to obey." The Pastor noted.
"Whose will ? God or something ?" I asked
I heard Hange mumble something as they looked at me.
"I cannot say anything. However, I can inform you of a name who, under their sacred will, we were instructed to monitor."
"Ut...gard...go..."
Why do I feel weaker ?
"That person joined the Scout Regiment as of this year. Their name is..."
"Excuse me ! 104th Cadet Corps ! Sasha Braus !" a brunette with a ponytail entered and introduced herself. She's kinda cute to be honest.
"Her ?" Eren and I guessed. "Who's that ?" Hange asked, "Um this is for you, Section Commander." Sasha gave some sort of scroll to my best friend. "They're kinda alike though." I thought, trying to distract myself from the voice.
To my surprise, a hand grabbed my shoulder forcing me to turn around. "I'm sorry for this undignified gesture but, you must find her at once." the Pastor continued, "Only she...She may know the truths which even we cannot perceive. And Y/N..." he turned over to me. "Your powers are...gifted to you by Maria."
"Who's Maria ?"
"The goddess we all looked up to. The Queen of Air. You must find the other crystals; The Earth Crystal and Water Crystal."
