After last night when Jordyn went back outside, Jayson and I just kept talking. It was pretty cool honestly, he seems like such a chill person and it just felt so natural talking to him. We were able to talk about so much, he told me about his time at Duke and then getting drafted, and now being selected to play in the Olympics.
I also spilled a bit about my job, no matter how boring i think it is, but still he listened. Which is pretty rare for guys like him, they usually pretend to listen and try to relate to what I do, without actually caring one bit. They usually only care about whether or not i'll have sex with them later that night.
Which i can't blame them for it, if i were a young guy playing in the league, with a shit ton of money to spend, i'd probably be doing the same thing.
But it feels horrible from my stand point, it feels degrading to women that actually wanna find happiness in love. But men like that make it impossible, just making us women feel like some kind of object, that can provide sex and comfort whenever, exactly how Brandon made me feel actually.
Sounds corny as hell, but with Jayson it didn't feel like that, I could tell he just wasn't tryna get laid. It just felt like he looking for some kind of escape, sort of like how I was.
I felt so much relief that night, leaving that damn party, knowing that their not all the same. No matter how many times I've been proved otherwise.
But its too early to tell, for all i know he could just be plotting for some way to get into my pants. But hey, it wouldn't be the first attempt for someone.
"Ughh, that nigga makes me sick," Jordyn went on and on, rambling about last night.
"I'm genuinely so pissed, you should've seen the two of them!" She yelled, turning to face me.
