While naina went for her work , Jai's family come to visit him they were so happy that he is fine..
Arya run to hug her father saying :
-Arya: I am so happy dad that you are fine thank god ! But I was sure that my friend will save you we should thank her ?
-dev: absolutely! I agree with you boss !
-Priya: bro I am glad that you're fine that you can take care of your daughter oh god how much she is active like her dad!
-Jai: of course she is like me after all she is my daughter !
-Dev: hey ! Don't disturb my friend shut up you both leave him in peace !
Naina was looking at them she was standing in front of the door she had a beautiful smile on her face then she entered the room ...
Arya run and hugged her but unfortunately naina couldn't do so because she couldn't bear someone touch her ! She just said hello to everyone ..

She left also Priya took arya and left home but dev stayed with jai little more ..

-Jai: shut up ! And I was married and I am not thinking about this . . dev cut him

Jai got angry and grab dev from his shirt and get him closer to him ...

He said it angrily ....
-Dev: that's what I want to hear ! I was sure that something wrong between you both the way you look to each other... Her care for you everything is clear now this is NAINA! your first and last love right ?

-dev: I'm leaving don't worry bro I will complete your love story!

Naina was in her cabin working until riya come to her ...
-Riya: hello genius ! You did a great job I was sure you will succeed proud of you !
-Naina: thanks! But I don't know this few days I feel my emotions control over my brain like I am not professional anymore and this matter just stressed me a lot!
-Riya: don't worry dear this past few days you were so busy you tried yourself a lot for this reason you're over thinking it's fine! ... I have a surgery now see you later....

After 30 minutes since riya left naina heard fire alarm and they called and told her that A fire broke out on the the two last floor and if they didn't manage it all the hospital will burn ...
Naina was so shocked she just froze she couldn't see her hospital like this ..she ordered them to save all the patients with all the ways Which are possible! ..
They told her they couldn't arrive to all the patients's room in the last floor because they couldn't control the fire ... She stood their shocked then she remembered that jai's room is in the last floor!!
Naina run out of her cabin she saw all the hospital team running outside but she wanted to save jai...
Firefighter tried to stop her but without success
She went up the stairs until she arrived to the floor from the floor 15 to 21! She couldn't breathe normally because of the smoke she arrived at Jai's room hardly she tried to opened the door but it was boiling she just scream when she put her hand on the door she just burned her hand but she opened it trying to wake jai up ...
-Naina: jai wake up ! Opened your eyes !! I think he breathe the smoke for a long time !! Jai!!! Open your eyes come on ! OH MY GOD I should get him out of this room whether he will not get up ...
It was so hard to do it but she succeeded ... She lay him down on the floor and try to make him breath by doing Manual chest resuscitation but no respond ..
-Naina : jai please open your eyes don't leave me like this !
Naina wasn't sure if she should do it or not but there is no other option so she get closer to him and gives him artificial respiration ... She kept doing it for time until jai start coughing ...
Naina immediately made him sit checking on him...
-Naina: thank god ! Are you okey ?
-Jai: yes I am fine but I have a headache , but what's happening here why all this smoke ? Fire?
-Naina: a fire broke out on the hospital...
Jai looked at her he saw her how sad she was .. He hesitate to touch her ..he slowly put his hand on hers and before she could react he said...
-jai: everything will be fine Naina don't worry !
Naina pulled her hand from his immediately ...
Then the firefighters come and save them....
The next morning...
It's the day that jai was discharged from the hospital ...
Naina was preparing his discharge papers Jai was sitting in front of her in her cabin .. Jai looked at her ...he saw burns in her neck and her hand ...
-jai: you hurt yourself to save my life why don't you admit that you still love me as much as I love you , just say it and you will feel better ! You can't hide your feelings anymore because your mouth say something and your eyes say something else ! Don't be afraid Naina just say it and everything will be fine trust me! .... *self talk*
- Naina: here are your discharge papers Mr.mehra you're fine now you can go to your home and start your work again! And yeah I hope it will be our last meeting!
-Jai: thank you Dr.sharma !
Jai left the cabin and he felt that he left his heart their ..same to Naina but the difference that she don't want to admit it ! Even jai was so sad for leaving Naina but was glad that at least he get the chance to meet her after all this years! But he was completely sure that it's not their meeting! The will meet again !
