After the talk with his mom Jisung has some thoughts: does mom have Hyunjin's mothers contacts? Could I get his phone, if he has a phone now? Is Minho always like that? Will Minho be in my school? When does school start?
And so on. Yet he didn't want to ask all of them, some will be answered with time and others he needs confidence to ask them. He starred out the window again, it started to pour outside. He didn't mind the rain it calmed him and he loved the smell of it. Though his mother didn't really like it because it usually ruined her plans. He was bored out of hell. He sat up from the bed and closed the window, he walked out his room and headed straight down stairs.
Jisung opened the freezer, and grabbed an Oreo ice cream. He sat on the coach, " hey honey could you do me a favor?" His mother asked with pleading eyes. "Yes ma ma?" He gazed at his mother's beautiful eyes. "Can you go to the neighbors, and invite them over?" She smiled at him evilly. "But, it's pouring out." Jisung pouted. "Aw, it's ok. Put a jacket on, ok?" She grinned.
"Fine," Jisung grabbed a coat that had been hanging on the back of the main entrance. "Wait! Before you go, take this with you!" His mother handed him a paper, a box of cake, and a present. "The cake and paper are for the adults and the present is for the boy. Ok bye bye, love you." His mother kissed his head and shoved him out the door.
He shivered from the cold damp rain. He sighed as he walked to the house next door, he could hardly see, the only lights that shined were the street lights. He let a cold sigh, even if it was the end of summer vacation nights were still cold. He walked up the driveway and stepped up the stairs. «KNOCK KNOCK» Jisung knocked on the door. He heard voices and footsteps. "Who could it possibly be, it's freaking pouring out side!" Jisung heard a feminine voice speak, then he saw the doorknob turn. "Oh Honey come in come in!" The woman said. "Why would you come when it's raining? You could get sick!" The woman sounded like Jisung's mother, always worried.
"Mom wanted me to come and give you guys things," Jisung said as he gave her the cake and paper. "Then you can give Minho this." He showed her the present. "Why don't you go give Minho it? I insist." She said. "No thank you, it's ok you can do it" Jisung was getting ready to leave. "Please darling, he doesn't want me to go to his room." She said pleading. "If he doesn't want his own mom in his room how am I any different?"
"No I mean he doesn't like it when adults are in his room, sense your a chi-his age I thought maybe it would be different."she smiled. Jisung didn't have the patience to keep arguing and lit it slide. "Ok fine, where's his room?" He said a little annoyed. "Upstairs on the left" The woman grasped the things tighter.
Jisung walked upstairs, he saw the door frame of where Hyunjin's room used to be. He sighed. KNOCK KNOCK "Yes?!" Jisung heard Minho yell. And he decided to barge in.... "HELLO SUN OF A BIJ!!" Jisung welcomed himself. "How?-what?-" Don't ask" Jisung cut Minho off. He sat down and made sure he made himself comfortable. "Here. My mom wanted me to give this to you, I have no clue what it is." Jisung handed Minho the present.
Minho opened the colorful present...
