Chapter 1:The Present

Stiles's Pov:

I woke up in my bed next to Lydia.As always.I get out of bed and start to walk to the kitchen.As I start to eat my breakfast or whatever u want to call a piece of bread with a slice of ham on it.

I see the calender on the fridge."It's almost the full moon" I muttered to myself.Then suddenly a memory came back.

*Flashback*

Scott had gouged his eyes out in order to fight the anukite.Me,Lydia and Malia were standing there looking at Scott with both worried and surprised faces.With all the horrible possibilities that coud come out of this running through my head I see Malia crouching down next to Scott trying to comfort him.

At the sight of this I became tense and started to feel differently.I honestky don't know why.I kept on hearing these words come out of her mouth.

"Scott look at me!Look at me"

I then became confused and started thinking 'Why would Malia be so connected to Scott?I mean I know he is her alpha but still thats a little extra'.And then it came to me.Whlie I was gone scott was screwing my ex girlfriend.

"What the actual hell?"I said under my breath.But somehow Lydia heard me.

"What did you say?" she asked suddenly.

"What?Oh I didn't say anything" I replied as camly as I could.

Malia looked so worried at the time.She kept on saying.

"What do I do?"

Lydia then answered with "Kiss him".

"What?"

"Just do it"

I was to cought up in my own head to notice that Lydia was holding my hand.When I finally noticed I saw something that made my heart break a little.
Malia kissed Scott.I didn't know if it was noticable that I was hurt but I was.

*End of flashback*

I heard foot steps coming so I quickly shook my head to get the memory back to where it belonged.I had no reason to be thinking about this.I'm dating the girl that I've loved since the third grade.This shouldn't be affecting me.After A few moments I saw Lydia entering the kitchen.

She gave me a quick peck on the lips and a good morning.Which I returned with a smile.after a couple minutes of silence she finally said "The full moon is next week.How long do you think it's going to take?".Since I'm still Malia's anchor we spend the full moon together.Not in the together together way just as friends who are helping eachother.

"Uh I don't know.But I think about 2 hours at most"

"Oh ok thats good"

"Okay well I'm going to get ready for work.Love you"

"Love you too"

I give her a quick kiss on the cheeck and went into the room to get ready for work.

End of Stiles's Pov.

Malia's Pov:

I've been awake since 6am because if the habit of waking up early as a coyote.Scott was still sleeping.I decided to just chill in the living room for a bit.I turned on the tv and in one of the commercials they put a song that souded very familiar to me.

And then I remembered.It's from when we were in Mexico and me and Kira were dancing.I miss her.She was my Allison.Just like Lydia loved Allison as a best friend I loved Kira the same.And then a memory from that same day came to my head.

*Flashback*

I was in an ugly looking bacthroom that hunters thought woukd be good to use as a cell.Damn I hate mexico.Stiles was in there with me.We were both there.Alone.He was trying to get me to focus on hearing what the hunters were doing to Scott.

"Just focus.Focus on the sound of my voice"

"I can't" my breathing started to go faster.

"Just look into my eyes.Foc-"

I cut him off by kissing him softly.The kiss lasted for about 7 seconds.Once we pulled away my eyes started to glow.

*End of flashback*

I didn't want to remember anything that was involved with me and Stiles's relationship.He broke my heart even if he didn't know he did.I decided to go on my laptop and search for more jobs I needed to find something.At this point anybody could tell that I was clearly broke.During these past few days I've been in the forest.

Turns out I'm great with reptiles.And other animals too.And then the best new popped up on my laptop.

A huge grin was plastered on top of my face.I immediately contacted the company and patiently waited for their response.I then got the great idea to wake up Scott to tell him the great news.I got up from the couch ran upstairs and into our bedroom and started screaming

"Scott!Scott!Wake up!".

"Malia it's to early" he said with a morning voice.

"I found a job!"

"Wait really!" he quickly sat up.

"Yeah now I just have to wait to see if I get accepted!"

"Thats great news!".

He gave me a quick and then looked at the time.

"Oh my god!I'm late to work!" he yelled in a hurry.

He got dressed kissed my forehead and then left.

I then went back into the living room and decided to watch netflix for a while.
