The beginning of April has always been Yoongi's favourite time of the year. He loves the beginning of Spring, the beginning of the warmer weather. Walking through the small farm land he acquired a year ago has become his new favourite thing to do in the morning.
As he walks through the newly paved stone path he's spent all summer on the year before, an unexpected flood of memories he thought he'd gotten over came rushing in. "Fuck."
Out of all his quiet moments he's had over the winter season, why would his memories decide to haunt him now?

It has been roughly two years since his life has been turned upside down. He had started his original business in the middle of university, a small music shop he started out of a whim while teaching guitar part-time. It eventually turned into a big scale music superstore in merely four years. It was a business he never dreamed he could have. Not only was the store flourishing, he had the life most people in their late 20s would consider a perfect one.
Right after graduating university, Yoongi proposed to his childhood sweetheart Seoyeon. While their engagement lasted longer than Yoongi had expected, they finally tied the knot after signing the lease for the second location for his music store. Everything was just going the way he wanted, his business expanding at a healthy rate and he's finally married the person he loved.
His relationship with Seoyeon was perfect, or so he thought. They rarely fought all through the years and Seoyeon would never complain about anything since they started dating. Marriage life was peaceful, Yoongi had continued his busy work schedule while Seoyeon would stay at home. Roughly a year into their marriage, Seoyeon voiced her concern for the very first time. She would complain about how boring it was to stay home with nothing better to do. Yoongi, as the most understanding husband one could have, accommodated anything she requested. Without giving it much thought, Yoongi agreed to Seoyeon's request to let her become a part of his business. She would accompany Yoongi to work three days a week, learning all the ins and outs of the business and eventually, Yoongi even added her name as a co-owner of the business.
Yoongi couldn't recall exactly when or how it started, but it was definitely a few months into the opening of the superstore he had started getting weird messages from his best friend. Jung Hoseok, another childhood friend that grew up with Yoongi and Seoyeon, would start texting Yoongi about Seoyeon's whereabouts.
