Chapter 1:Newbie
Amelia's POV:
I walked inside the hospital, the scenery sending me shivers.Writing on the walls, blood scattered everywhere, screams. It was terrifying.
I passed by the rooms, everything looking horrifying by each step I took.
It was my first day here in the Asylum since I really needed the money to help pay off for my necessities. It was a difficult task to work here,but I can slightly handle it.
I approached Angeline, who was the head of this place, at the front desk. She looked up from the computer and warmly smiled at me.
"Hi Audrey!Are you ready for your first day at work?" She beamed.
No I said in my head.
"Of course." I nervously smiled at her.
"Great! Just follow me and i'll show you room 93 for your first patient your assigned to." We passed by many rooms, all with the same white doors, until we arrived at room 93. My nervousness built up when we finally reached our destination.
Angeline opened the door painfully slow and slightly pushed me inside. There stood a guy who looked about 6" tall and was wearing all black. He stood with his back facing me and was staring off to space.
I jumped with fear when I heard the door slam behind me. I was left alone with my first patient I didn't know how was.
I turned back to my patient and came face to face with him. I jumped back a bit and then relaxed. I'm overreacting, I thought.
I stuck my hand out to him and introduced myself. "Hi, I'm Audrey. I will be your new care keeper." I slightly smiled at him.
He just stood there and starred at me.
I took a glance at the information I needed to know about him and read his name.
Luke Hemmings.
"You must be Luke," I said to him. He looked down at me and smirked.
Right there at that moment, I knew he would've been hard to handle.
