The golden sunlight drawn from the curtains poured into the room, leaving no less of the place covered with darkness from the night before. It flooded in through the transparent window which was unfortunately forgotten uncovered before you headed out to have some fun, dare you say alone. The light kissed your sensitive pain away from the top of your arms to the ends of your body, fluttering your eyes awake as it crept into every crevice of your bedroom. In no time you found yourself getting up from your lying position in bed, with the little strength you had left in your sore arms.
"W-what happened here? I don't remember being here at all..." you muttered to no one in particular, rubbing your temples to ease the terrible, pounding migraine in your head. There was some desire to figure out what you did a couple hours ago, though you didn't want to embarrass yourself all the more by how you carried yourself at the party. Speaking of which, how did you get home anyway? It took a while, but you could faintly trace out the details of what occurred last night, from the way you got separated from your friends to how you exited the house once you felt nauseous enough to throw up outside...
All of it was too much for your poor head to take as you thought intently- or tried to remember- the rest of the events. Your friends were definitely worried about you now, were they? There was a possibility they were furious at you as well, considering you left them there to die without a driver. You couldn't blame them anyway.
"Oh well," you whispered quietly, instead opting to stare at the blank wall which was definitely a great thinking ground of what you were going to do now. There were a couple of assignments you still needed to finish, but you promised to yourself yesterday that you'd take it easy for Saturday and work your ass off on Sunday, swimming in all those duties you could've finished if not for the convincing of your friend. But that was honestly alright with you. After all, it wouldn't be too bad to lay in bed and take care of yourself for the first time, right?
Not with that awful headache which consumed all your thoughts, making it hard to piece together what you had done while drunk.
Even so, you decided you wouldn't waste away any of the resting days you were graciously given. Sure, it was tempting to pull up the covers far enough so they reached your neck while you tried to fall back asleep, but you had to do something for yourself once. Plus, with the sun being against you as well and trying to make you blind, indulging in some restless slumber wouldn't help at all!
With one more disappointed sigh, you swung your legs over the side of your bed to get up until you noticed a fluff of blue hair peek out from the side of your bedroom's open door.
A fluff of blue hair?
Wait.
Wait.
A blue haired boy... he was... he was the one who tried to carry you home, but you tried to fight him, and then he saved you, but then he said he was your guardian angel and-
"Good m-"
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY HOUSE?!"
As soon as possible, you found yourself grabbing a knocked down pillow from the floor and throwing it just far enough in his direction to hit him as hard as you could. It was totally a smart idea considering the softness and how it could make anyone fall asleep easily, really- the best object to use when fending off a stranger who was eventually going to be the cause of your death! What a great idea...
Well, okay. All it did was become nothing more but a splat of flying feathers everywhere from how hard you threw it over to the wall, directed at him. Barely even left a scratch too, although you should've not panicked and considered your options before making a move. You could've grabbed the old, almost broken down lamp beside your bed, for crying out loud!
