The Last Day

It's a foggy morning in the city of Paris... Adrien is awoken by the foul smell of Camembert. He sits up and sees Plagg doing his usual snacking, the two make eye contact...

"Do you really have to eat that on the bed, let alone this early?" Adrien says as he gives Plagg the side eye. 

Plagg gives Adrien an offended look "It is never too early for Camembert... that's an offence to cheese!" he turns around dramatically.  

Adrien giggles a little "If you say so Plagg." he stands up and walks over to his desk. He looks at all the pictures of Ladybug and lets out a sigh "Do you think she'll ever love me back Plagg?" He picks up one of the photos " It's been 10 years... and she still loves that boy." He walks over and flops on his bed. 

Plagg stuffs the last bit of cheese into his mouth, "You know what kid... have her meet you today and finally confess for real. You haven't actually told her you're in love."  He shoves another piece of Camembert in is mouth. 

"Maybe you're right Plagg, it's time to tell her for real!" Adrien has a big smile on his face... "Plagg... CLAWS OUT" 

 "It's time to call Milady..." Chat pulls out his staff and calls Ladybug. The call goes to voicemail so Chat decides to leave a message. "Hey Bugaboo, I really need to talk to you about something... do you think you could meet me on the Eiffel Tower at 12 p.m. it would really mean a lot" He puts his staff back and de-transforms.

Adrien runs around his room gathering supplies to set up a picnic... "Plagg do you think she'll like a picnic? Or will she think it's a date?" He starts second guessing his picnic idea.

"I'm sure she'll love it Adrien especially if there's Camembert" Plagg starts to lick his lips

Adrien smiles "Not everything is about Camembert" then he gets an idea... "I should go to Marinette's bakery! They have the best croissants" He looks over to the munching Kwami "You ready? Plagg... CLAWS OUT!"

He jumps out the window and heads towards the bakery... he lands in an alley a block away and de-transforms. He walks the rest of the way, he nervously opens the bakery door and is greeted by the kind smiles of none other than Tom and Sabine. 

Sabine greets Adrien with a big smile "Hello Adrien! What can we do for you today?" She walks over to Tom. Tom looks at the blond boy "Marinette is in her room if you wanted to say hello" he points upstairs. Adrien smiles and looks at the time "I guess a quick hello wouldn't hurt" just before he goes upstairs he turns to Sabine "Oh uhm... can I get a pastry assortment and a couple pies?" Sabine smiles "Of course you can!" 

As Adrien walks up the stairs all he could think about was Ladybug... he calls Plagg out of his jacket. "What if she doesn't show up Plagg? What if I ruin our relationship?" he looks down to the Kwami with a frown.

Plagg looks up at the sad boy "I'm sure everything will be fine Adrien... plus she can't hate you you're her partner." 

Adrien rolls his eyes "I guess so... now hide Plagg" he knocks on Marinette's door and steps down the ladder a little. He waits a few seconds and hears a faint "Hello who is it?" Adrien smiles a little... "It's Adrien... I was stopping by the bakery and thought I should say hey." just then the door opens. He's greeted my a smiling Marinette... "Hey Adrien come on up!" Adrien smiles and crawls up the latter "I can't stay for too long I'm meeting a friend for lunch" Marinette looks at the time "Oh I actually have to leave soon anyways" 

The two hang out for a few minutes then Adrien has to leave to set up the picnic... He walks down the stairs and picks up his order "Thank you!!" ... it's time so set up. 

He transforms and goes to the Eiffel Tower... he sets everything up and waits.
