I was sitting in the table in the cafeteria with my 2 best friends, Charlie and Tabitha. It was now lunch and i hadn't have lots of food just chocolate and gummy bears.

They were both talking and I totally zoned out I didn't even mind to know what they are talking about it's either about hot boys or make up stuff.

" Amalie? AMALIE! Did you really zone  out again?"  Charlie asked.

" sorry guys I just don't feel well."

" you have been acting weird lately...." Tabitha said.

" I know just say family problems?" I said sounding like a question. " look am gonna go have some fresh air and DONT follow me." I said as I get up and left them have their talk.

You don't know much about me, let me tell you. My mom died when I was 11 years old, right now am 17. I have a brother, vinnie who you can call is toxic but still protective? And my dad, I don't even know what to say....

When my mom died it was actually in an alley, I was with my mom when she stopped their for no reason then a guy came and shoot her, I looked at her and started screaming then immediately the guy said he thought it was someone else.

He begged not to tell someone and if I did I would be dead then he ran away, since then my dad says I killed her but I didn't! And from that day he hates me, I get beaten everyday and with the time you will get to know me.

Am laying in a bench just thinking about how hard my life is when I realized I was crying. I quickly wiped away the tears and left for classes.

Of course, am here in an boring class. The teacher is late 10 mins and who cares? People are talking throwing papers and am just here scribbling on my notebook.

I heard the teacher walk in and I didn't even look up. She cleared her throat and spoke. " okay students, sorry am late we have a new student, you can come in." She told him. I still didn't look up.

I know all of our boys in school are jerks and uglies. Am pretty sure The new kid would be on of them. " so introduce yourself." Mrs. Macbitch spoke again.

He cleared his throat. " my name is Leo I just moved in here from California and I don't have much to say but actually Leo is short for leonardo but please call me Leo." The guy named Leo said.

" thank you Leo have a seat there." I still didn't look up I was scribbling while just listening to the conversation. I felt him sit next to me and I still didn't dare to look at him. I just hated life.

Class finished and I quickly packed my stuff and left. I went to my locker to get my stuff when Charlie came to my locker. " what now." I groaned.

" did you see the new kid? He is hot and I ship you guys." She winked. She was in the class anyways.

" no I didn't and I don't want go away am not in the mood." I replied coldly.

" fine do you wanna skip school and go somewhere with tabitha?" She asked.

" I would rather go to bed with my snacks and watch Netflix."

She rolled her eyes. " fine. But did you even saw the new kid aka Leo. I saw you in class you didn't lift your head up."

" yeah cos I know he is probably like the ugly jerks in our school."

" no no, he is so different just look behind you."

I looked behind me there he was standing with 2 guys which probably their friends. He was so beautiful, handsome and.... Hot? He had a blonde hair who I wanna play with it so badly, soft skin and-

I got interrupted from my thoughts by Charlie. " told you he is hot you've been staring at him for..." she paused looking at her watch. " 1 straight minute." She said with an innocent smile.

I rolled my eyes. " call tabitha I will wait for you guys in her car." And with that I left without waiting for any response.
