It's been 2 days since Leo came to our school. He started making new friends like it was the second year for him in this school.

And you can say he is popular now, girls simp for him and whenever he passes by them or just wink to them they pass out. Today is Friday and finally.

I can go home watch Netflix eat snacks and ignore life for sometime. I just finished my first period and am on my way for the second period, chemistry.

I was early like 10 mins early and the class was a lil empty so  I took a seat in the back row just incase I got bored from class so I start scribbling on my paper without the teacher notices.

People started to come and sadly Charlie didn't have class with me nor tabitha. And it sucks cos they are my only friend. I felt someone next to me and when I looked there was a guy who is kind of cute but he looks like nice guy.

" do you mind if I seat here next to you?" He asked with a smile.

" I don't mind at all." I said smiling back.

" my name is jaden you?" He asked offering his hands to shake.

" Amalie." I said shaking his hands.

We talked for a little while when mrs. Macbitch came in. Weird she is English teacher am I in wrong class? " psst, this is math right?" I asked Jayden.

" yea I don't know why she is here she is English teacher." He whispered back.

" class listen up, I know this is math period but your math teacher is sick I can't even teach so I will sit in that desk and mind my own business, you can do whatever you want but quiet or detention." She said taking a seat.

" so I guess we have free period." He whispered.

" If I knew it I wouldn't have came I would just be in the field or something." I whispered back.

We kept talking for a little while when the bell rang. Everyone stood up and left. I was about to leave when mrs. Macbitch stopped me. " Mrs. Collins may I have a word with you."

I looked at her disgusted but I tried to hide it and went towards her. " the new student, Leo the one who came 2 days ago." She spoke.

" yea I know him what's wrong with him?" I said trying to control my attitude.

" he is so good in all other subjects but he has a small problem in  math, your math teacher told me your so good in math and he wanted you to tutor Leo is that's okay with you."

" when will I start tutor him?"

" today after classes you can tutor him anywhere if that's okay with you if you don't want I can see someone else but math teacher said your perfect and he wants you."

I sighed. " fine does he know I'll tutor him?"

" since you said yes I'll talk to him."

" okay." I said leaving. She probably wants to smack my head but she can't anyways. I went to my locker and I felt my chest is heavy so I thought to skip class.

I left the school and started walking I don't even know where am going. I just kept walking and walking and walking for about 5 minutes. There was a lake so I decided just to sit and watch the water.

I took a seat and decided to scribble in my scribbling note book. Weird right? But I scribble something like apple? Human? I don't scribble like a 5 year old scribbling in his wall.

I got a call from tabitha so I picked it up. " hello?" I said with a sigh at the end.

" Amalie where are you?"

" I felt I needed some fresh air am skipping that period then I would be back what's wrong?"

" mrs. Macdonalds asked for you so I just gave her your number... sorry." Tabitha used to call mrs. Macbitch, Macdonalds and Charlie calls her MacBook. We don't even know her real name I call her mrs. Macbitch btw.

" okay fine I'll block her later." I said rolling my eyes.

" okay then gotta go byee." She said I didn't even care to say bye back so I hang up. A seconds later I got a call from unknown number and it's probably mrs. Macbitch.

" hello?" I said.

" hey Amalie it's mrs. Mac-" I cut her.

" I know tabitha told me." I said rolling my eyes.

" I tried searching for you in the school and I didn't find you where are you?"

" I have some family problems- are you calling me to ask me where I am?" I said with an attitude.

" mrs. Collins with that attitude I would've go get you either suspended or 2 days detention."

" do whatever you want I just have problems my mother in the.... Hospital and I had to get her some things she needed why are you calling again?" I lied.

" I talked to mr. Dicaprio and he agreed for you to tutor him."

" okay anything else?"

" no bu-" before she continues I hang up.

I sighed. I guess I have to go back to school. I grabbed my stuff and started walking. I remembered something.... What happened yesterday when I went back to home.

Flashback

I entered the house and I heard some noises in the kitchen. I went and saw my dad was breaking everything. " dad what are you doing?!!" I yelled.

" you're here finally." He said smiling devilish, coming towards me. I slowly started to step back when I fell on my back. He laughed loudly.

" you cant just escape from me." He broke a glass in my head and everything blacked out.

I woke up again in his bed hands cuffed and naked with bruises. I started un cuffing my self and rushed to wear some clothes on. I started searching for him in the house he wasn't there.

I went to the bathroom and started crying when I saw one of the bath blocks opened. I wiped my tears and rlly face was furrowed. I slowly grabbed it and saw money. Like lots of money.

It had a paper in the top says. " for my daughter, I know one day I would die early but here is this money I spend my whole life to collect them for you. It's 800k dollars even tho I wanted more but I couldn't take them and run away from the house."

I started tearing up. My dad used to abuse my mom too. My mom was a famous. Chef and she has lots of books with her face on it and her own ingredients as well as restaurants by her name.

I put back everything and decided tomorrow after school my dad wouldn't be here since every Friday and Saturday he is not home. I'll take them and pack my bag and leave.

End of flashback.

I went to school and already it was lunch time. I went to the table where tabitha and Charlie was and told them about everything, why I acted weird, AINT my dad abusing my mom and I, about the money and my plan to leave.

" omg Amalie am so sorry." They both said in the same time.

" who cares am leaving I don't even care about my brother am taking the money listen Charlie your bag is kind of big try make it empty put all the books in your locker and make it empty to put the money in." I said.

" and tabitha you will throw my clothes and stuff in the back pack then close it and both of you wait for me in tabithas house. I'll finish tutoring leo fast and come back to take my things from you and find house then leave. " I added.

They both nodded.  And now finally am leaving!
