Asking her out

Y/n POV:

Iv liked Florence for about two years now and its so hard to keep it a secret. Right now Florence and me are both at this cast party because we both work on the Midsommar movie. Florence is dancing with Jack Reynor who plays Christian, I am of course jealous i wish that was me but i don't want to get in her way because she looks like she is having fun with him. While i was admiring her beauty one of my best friends from the show Will Poulter who plays mark in the movie walked over and said, "You know if you keep staring at her she'll see and walk over here and what you gonna do then". I then said back "I don't know but she's just so pretty i cant stop staring at her her eyes are so pretty and the way she sways her hips to the beat of the music is just so elegant and sweet" Will then smiled and he said "come on just tell her she'll like you back who wouldn't".

Me and Will hit it off right at additions for the movie. He knows everything especially that i'm in love with Florence, I never stop talking about her and I some times think he's a little tired of it. I meet Florence at a coffee shop on day and a year later we both got the part for the Midsommar movie. Me and florence are great friends, she single and so am I so iv been trying to build up the courage to ask her out but I never can because i don't want to ruin the friend ship because then i would lose her and that would just ruin me completely. So I have just been keeping it in for the last two years. Will is always just trying to get me to ask her out. she just saw me staring at her oh no.

Florence POV: 

I looked over at y/n because i just couldn't help my self and she was looking at me but quickly looked away when she saw i was looking. She look's so stunning in that short y/p/c dress because she love's that color. She always looks so amazing in everything she wears. Y/n starts walking over here,  she asks is we could dance together. I said " y/n of course we can let just walk over here". She smiles and we walk over there, she wraps her arms around my waist and I wrap mine around her neck. We dance to the song Cleopatra by The lumineers. (Its up at the top if you want to listen to it). We were dancing and I had my head on her chest because shes taller then me (your 5,6 in this) and she had her head on mine. I thought " I could get use to this".

Y/n POV:
Florence had her head on my chest and I had my head on top of hers I was want to ask her out so so so bacd buy I just cant I'm to scared I want her to ask me out because then I could just say yes. Florence picks her head up off my chest and leads me to an empty room. She then starts running her mouth about something but she speaking to fast to were I cant hear her. I finally said " Hey flo calm down hey hey your head gonna explode if you dont start talking slower". She finally just stops talking and then says

Florence POV:
Okay so I know this might ruin thing between us but I cant keep this in any longer. I take a deep breath, y/n just sits there and is listening. Okay y/n ever since we met I thought you were the prettiest person in the room and I thought you were so sweet and I really really like you and I'm like in lo- I get cut off by y/n's soft lips kissing mine. I fall on to her and just melt by her touch. Y/n's hands run to my side and go on my knees but I'm not straddling her. Y/n pulls away and I whimper from the lose of physical contact. She giggles and I blush. Y/n goes " awwww your so cute when you blush flo". I smile and put my head in her chest to hide all my blushing. She lifts my head up and gives me a soft gentle kiss on the lips. I smile like a dork, she smile and goes " god I didnet think you could get any cuter but that was a lie. Y/n then goes " hey flo so I know this might be fast and all but would you be my girlfriend?" I stand up and jump up and down and do my little happy dance and then I realize y/n's right there and she smiles at me. She then says " can I take that as a yes?" I scream "YES YES YES YES" y/n smiles and stands up and pulls me by my waist into a kiss. I smile into the kiss. Y/n then goes " I love your smile and all but I would like to kiss your beautiful lips not your teeth my love" I smile and blush at the nickname. Y/n realized and smiles back, she then kisses my cheek and pulls me out of the room to dance. That was the best night and I'm so happy that y/n and me are together that I cant stop smiling. Y/n laughs and wraps her arms around my neck from behide and everyone relizes. Y/n goes "what am I not aloud to hug my favorite blonde/girl from behide jeez." I laugh at what she said, she smiles at that and whispers in my ear "your adorable you know that" I then go "yes of course you never stop telling me" she laughs and we have a fun night at the party and then go home me at her house sleeping by her and falling asleep happier than iv been in a while.
