Sitting In The Tub

                          Mason sighed as he pushed his bangs out of his face, working at the mall sucked, especially when your store's air conditioner decided to stop working for thirty minutes. He sank into the bubble bath while inhaling the bubbles' bubblegum scent. He enjoyed the silence with the only sound being the bubbles slowly popping. He closed his eyes and let the drowsiness take over his body until he heard the bathroom door slam open.

            He jolted up and looked at the door to see Salem undressing. "What are you doing?" "I'm getting in too," "Yeah no," "why not?" Salem asked as he cocked his hip and crossed his arms. "Because I had a long day, and I want some me time," the brown-haired male replied as he leaned over the bathtub.

               "Do you really think that's going to stop me?" Salem asked before tossing his bottoms to the side and slowly getting into the tub. The water sloshed a bit before stopping. Mason sighed as he climbed into Salem's lap and laid on his chest. "Oh ho ho ho, what's his?" "What are you, Santa Claus?"

         Mason remarked as he scooped up a bunch of bubbles. Salem smiled as he wrapped his long arms around Mason's torso. "Okay, get off of me now, your back is sticky," Salem said as he gently pushed Mason off of him, "I told you," Mason said as he turned to face the taller male. "You know, Toby is a dick for firing all of us like that," "I mean, you knew that was going to happen at one point," "True," Mason snickered as he scooped the bubbles and placed them on his head. He smoothed out the bubbles into his hair and let the sound of bubbles popping drown out the other sounds.

                  Salem leaned over and pressed a kiss on Mason's lips, the brunette smiled before pressing one back. "You know, maybe we should do this more," Mason said as he cupped Salem's face and started pressing kisses all over his face, "Maybe when you're not sticky?" "Yeah," Mason said before letting the drowsiness take over his body and listen to his boyfriend talking.

            "Mason, wake up," Salem said as he gently shook the green-eyed boy awake. "Five more minutes..." Mason mumbled as he shifted in the bathwater. "You're going to turn into a raisin if your in here for five more minutes," Salem said as he started draining the bathwater, he climbed out and started drying himself with his towel. "No..." Mason said as he shivered, Salem put on his glasses and rolled his eyes as he wrapped his towel around his waist. He grabbed the brunette's towel and started drying his hair off, "Come on, it's already dusk," Salem said, the pale male sighed as he stepped out of the bathtub and snatched the towel out of Salem's hand.

                  He yawned, "God, today took me out," he flopped onto the bed as soon as the two made it to their room. "Put on some clothes at least," Salem said as he slipped on a t-shirt and sweatpants. Mason tossed his towel to the ground as he grabbed a pair of shorts from a pile of clothes that was on the floor. "Gross," "Shut up, I'll do the laundry tomorrow," "Sure," Salem said with a giggle, he rolled onto the bed with Mason. "Goodnight," Salem said as he planted a kiss on Mason's forehead and turned off the light. Mason smiled as he pulled himself close to the dark-haired male and drifted to sleep.
