JENNIE POV
How you love to hate me, the line that I've lived by almost my entire life. But with Jungkook, it's a parallel, a difference. I hate that I love him. How did this all happen? Why can't I get out of love for him? It's not like we dated; it was just a feeling. Anyway, it was one rainy day outside, Saturday. I wanted to go to the beach, but since it's pouring, my plans are canceled. Guess I'll just be watching Disney plus all day.
"Jennie," my mom said.
"Yes, mom," I replied as I sat down on the couch.
"Mrs. Jeon is coming over today to pick me up," she said.
"Oh, okay," I replied.
"And Jungkook will be here until we are back from whatever Mrs. Jeon wants to show me," my mom added at the end.
"WAIT, WHAT!!!" I yelled.
"Jennie is something wrong," my mom lifted an eyebrow.
"N~No, it's fine," I replied.
Why is he coming? Why couldn't Jungkook just stay at home?
*groan*
I swear he's just going to tease me of my clothes, how short I am, my chubby cheeks he grabs. It's annoying for the most part, but sometimes I blush.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
"Jennie, they're here. Can you get that," my mom said.
"Okay"
I got up from the couch and opened the front door.
"Hi, Jennie," I open the door for Mrs. Jeon.
"Hi, Mrs. Jeon," I said, welcoming her in.
"Is your mom inside," she asked.
"Yeah, she's almost done," I replied.
Just then, behind her was Jungkook. Who was now coming out of the car and heading inside the house? Jungkook and his mom had a quiet conversation in front of me.
"Mom, do I really have to be here," Jungkook mumbled.
"Yes, no one is at home to take care of you," Mrs. Jeon explained.
"Mom, I'm 18," Jungkook said.
"Yeah, exactly," she replied.
Finally, my mom came downstairs to head out with Mrs. Jeon.
"Okay, bye, you guys, don't do anything naughty or go out," my mom said before she left.
When the door closed, I went back to the couch to find that Jungkook was already watching something.
