2 weeks later:

Me and Gelo have been texting a bit since our little hook up and I honestly don't know where our relationship is standing at the moment.But I'm seeing him today because it's Lion's birthday and my mom is throwing a party for with this theme but it says lions safari

I wake up to someone knocking on my door
-yeah?-I say in a tired voice
-come downstairs,you gotta help me-my mom says
-I'll be down in a minute-I say while getting up from my bed. I go to my bathroom to wash my face and I put my hair in a bun. I go downstairs and see that my mom is in the backyard.
-help me set up the balloons and wake Landon's lazy ass up
I help her with the balloons which look like this but it says lions safari. Then I go upstairs to Landon's room to wake him up
-wake your ass up mom said we gotta go to target

We go downstairs and get in Landon's car he puts on some music and starts driving
-damn I can't believe your leaving in two months
-yeah I know it's crazy
-but at least you'll have Melo with you
-yeah but I'm gonna miss everyone else
-you'll visit us in breaks right?

We got out of the car and went inside target,we got plastic cups,plates and forks for the party and I got Lion this as a gift from me

We got some snacks,drinks and everything you need for a party. After we paid and packed everything in the car we headed home.
-Lexi,Landon bring everything inside and then one of you go pick up your brother from his playdate but when you bring him home take him upstairs so he doesn't look at the backyard-my mom says
-I'll go pick him up-says Landon
-nahh you stayin here cus you gotta help me Lexi's going
I go get a car seat from the garage and put it in my car. We have a few car seats so we can put them in our cars when we need to and don't always have to have it in there. I go pick up Lion from his friends house and put him in my car.
-did you have fun?- I ask him
-yeah we played with his cars and watched a movie
-wanna listen to music?-I ask him as his face lights up with joy

I put on some lil baby because for some reason that's his favorite and we sing along. When we get home I take him upstairs like mom asked. I decide to give him a bath because he is all sweaty. Then we go to his bedroom. He sits down on his bed while I go pick out an outfit for him.

I dress him up then I do his hair and we play upstairs a little bit until mom comes in the room and tells me to get ready. I go in my room and pick out an outfit. I decided to wear this but instead of these necklaces my own chains and low top air forces.

I do my makeup and my hair then go downstairs and see that some guests are already here. Mom didn't invite much people just some family friends and their kids and of course the Ball family. I look around but I don't see Gelo or any of them here yet so I go say hi to everyone else.

10 minutes later:
Where's the birthday boy?- I hear Lavar's loud voice as he enters the backyard along with Tina,lonzo,Melo,Gelo,Denise and Zoey. Lion runs over to them and starts hugging everyone. I say hi to them as well and give them a hug. Gelo pulls me in by my waist and gives my a kiss on the cheek. Don't know what that's all about. For the rest of the night we all just talk and have fun. After everyone gave Lion his gift we ate some cake. I go inside to get myself a drink in the kitchen,when I feel hands on my waist and a body pressed against me from behind .
-can we talk later?-Gelo whispers in my ear
-yeah sure,after the party

30 minutes later

All the guests have left except Gelo,I'm helping my mom pack up everything from the backyard and Gelo and Landon are putting away the tables and chairs.
-I'll do the rest go talk to Gelo he's been waiting all night for you-my mom says while I'm doing the dishes
-how'd you know?-I ask
-he's been looking at you all,I think he likes you Lexi
-It's difficult mom
-I know I'm just saying what I see now go have fun with him
I wipe my hands and go outside to the basketball court where Landon and Gelo are playing.
-imma go to bed I got practice tomorrow-says landon as he does his and gelos handshake and goes inside

We shoot around and rebound for each other. When we get tired go over to this area in our backyard. My favorite place,I like it cus it's hidden and no one can see you,I come out here to think a lot and just to clear my head.

We sit down on the swing.
