3rd POV A lot can happen in the city of SouthTown. The old one was ruled by violence and death thanks to the former king of darkness Geese Howard and his men. But that ended by the hands of a few fighters who fought against Geese Howard. Andy Bogard, Joe Higashi, and Terry Bogard. The Bogard Brothers and their good friend Joe Higashi took down Geese but Terry was the one who dealt the final blow to send Geese to his death.
