Bakugou looks at himself in his tux that had to be adjusted to his stomach. Shit this is it, just walk out and smile. Kirishima places his hand on Bakugou's shoulder. "Are you ready?" Kirishima asks as he smiles gently. "Yeah, I've waited years for this." Bakugou answers.
Midoriya takes the stage and begins his speech. "I've called for this meeting today on behalf of my dear friends." Midoriya begins. There he goes what a nerd. "I know there have been some concerns about their lack of action lately and would like to clear up the confusion. Red Riot and Ground Zero are completely safe and healthy. In fact they're doing extraordinary well but I think you should hear the news from them yourselves." Midoriya finishes then signals for Kirishima and Bakugou.
Oh shit it's time. Kirishima holds out his hand and Bakugou takes it as they walk to the podium. There are audible gasps from the crowd when Bakugou steps into sight. The crowd goes silent and Bakugou grabs Kirishima a little tighter. The pair makes it to the podium and faces the crowd.
"We've been out of commission for a while now because the rumors are true. My partner Bakugou Katsuki is pregnant with our first child and I couldn't be happier." Kirishima says brightly and the crowd erupts with questions for the two of them. "Calm the fuck down!" Bakugou says harshly into the microphone. The crowd goes silent and Kirishima clears his throat.
"We're not retiring, we're just waiting until our child is born and after Katsuki recovers we'll return to work." Kirishima assures and Bakugou butts in "Yeah so don't think I can't still kick criminal's asses."
Midoriya takes hold of the microphone and steers the crowd away "There will be no questions at this time." he hastily states and ushers the other two heroes off the stage. Midoriya sighs then turns to the couple "Thank you Kirishima for sticking to your lines and Kachan I expected you to say cruder things. So over all I think that was a success." Midoriya beams.
Instantly their phones start blowing up. Bakugou ignores his notifications, but Kirishima can't help but pick up his phone calls. The screen says Mina and Kirishima lowers his volume before answering. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU TWO WERE DATING! AND BAKUGOU'S PREGNANT WHAT THE FUCK DUDE! IS THIS WHY YOU'VE BEEN AVOIDING US!?-" Kirishima cringes at Mina's loud voice and Bakugou mouths "hang up!" Kirishima sighs. "Yeah Mina Bakugou's pregnancy and I gotta go." Kirishima tries to excuse himself.
"YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS RIGHT!?" Mina screams. Kirishima furrows his brows "That I've achieved all my dreams?" he says. Mina yells "NO DUMB ASS WE NEED TO HAVE A BABY SHOWER!"
