This morning I was so excited about my date with Theo. I made sure that I slept early the night before para naman energized and hindi ako mukhang ewan pagka umaga. While eating this morning a knock sounded on my door and when I opened it a woman was carrying four big shopping bags, all from different stores and I can guess that all of them was not in fact cheap.

Theo texted me an hour ago that a woman would bring me my clothes for today and all I expected was one dress and one pair of shoes, clearly I was wrong.

I accepted the bags and thanked the woman. I can easily guess that she's his PI by her corporate attire. I immediately checked all the clothes and shoes he bought for me, super excited to try them all on and choose what to wear.

After trying all four, I picked the sage colored sleeveless one and paired it with nude sandals. I was actually insecure about him seeing my leg scars because it was only a knee-length dress but I liked the style, plus, I don't want to think about any negative thoughts that can ruin my mood for later.

I'm excited about two things: first, it's my first time going on a expensive dinner date with someone and second, it's with him. I find him handsome and although he doesn't talk much, we kinda get along with each other. Theo also doesn't mind me being loud, I'm afraid he'll be irritated at me.

I let out a heavy breath. Although all of this is just for show, I'm still looking forward and happy about it.

Now I'm sitting adjacent to Theo and we're both eating our first course meal. His hair is in a half-bun and some strands are falling around his face. I think nagapaputol siya ng buhok, a trim maybe? Last time I saw him, medyo mataas-taas pa buhok niya.

I asked him a while ago how many courses will we have and he told me 'we'll have four'.

We've been quiet for at least three minutes now and it's suffocating to say the least.

I lightly kicked his feet and he faced me a questioning look on his face. "Hmm?"

"Alam mo, walang maniniwala na mag jowa tayo kung di tayo nag-uusap." I whisper-shouted.

The side of his lips curled and a mischievous glint is present on his eyes.
"You're really that eager to talk to me?"

"No, in fact I can sit down here and just eat all night."

He leaned back to his chair, the glint in his eyes still present and gave a shrug. "Mhm, okay."

I continue to eat and he took a sip of his wine.

"So, Kaia, how do you like the food?"

Oh, he's starting. I faked a cough, "The food is delicious, I can't wait for the second course. I hope it'll be as good or perhaps much more delicious than the last."

"That's good, how about the place?"

I genuinely smiled, "The restaurant is spectacular." I looked to my left side, the garden is there and it looks so pretty, I want to go there later if possible. "Ang ganda ng garden and ang ganda ng interior."

As he was about to respond, a waiter came up to us and poured us red wine and then placed the second course meal on our table.

It's a salad and nakakatakam siya tingnan. This green salad has some lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, onions, some meat and bread.

"You like it?"

I nodded, "Mhm, I like vegetables." then started eating while glancing at him.

"Mabuti naman, just tell me if you don't like something, kukunan kita ng iba." Theo added.
